@@user-sg2ly2zs2n Honestly, you're not alone (Mina proves that). Anxiety and fear are tough to deal with and it's understandable if it overcomes you. I personally am not medically diagnosed with anxiety but I have my days where it's a little rough. I think what's good to remember is to take 1 day at a time. Having a good mindset can honestly do wonders for you. Also, try seeking help if you haven't already. Simply talking about your anxiety with someone you trust helps to get your burdens off your chest even if you can't afford to get medication and/or therapy. I do hope that your anxiety gets easier to deal with through effort and time ❤️

I have social anxiety, dealing for 5 years. I hate social interactions, I'm always afraid of eye contact and take a speech infront. I feel that they are secretly judging me
@@JIHYODORANT I used to be like that until I was about 25. The trick is actually simpler than you think, even if it takes effort. All you have to do is give less of a fuck. Believe me, as simple as this sounds, doing this will do wonders. People don't actually think of anything when it comes to you, and if one or two do, what they think of you is none of your business anyway. Even the nicest person in the world will always have someone who judges/dislikes them. Of course someone who gets over it can fall back into it if they don't keep it up when a bad situation arises, because life isn't perfect, but it's definitely possible to start giving a rat's ass about what other people think of you.
Your brain has created the habit of internalizing thoughts and that has become an addictive behavior, when actually you have to see those thoughts as clouds passing by far away from you and switch them with positive ones. You can even do that right now as you're reading this sentence, but you need to want it. All it takes is a snap of your fingers, and you can do a finger snap in your mind whenever you feel yourself falling back into that pattern each time you need to snap yourself out of it. Who cares if people judge you. If they do it's just their own insecurities that can't affect you. Don't give that much of your own power away or you'll have none left for yourself. Straighten your back and lift your chin up. Life is too short.

My 2 cousins like to tease me for liking K-Pop, and so they started playing random songs. They played BTS, Blackpink, and many more. (They actually didn’t even finish the songs) Then this song came on, and they just started mimicking it in a weird voice. I almost started crying cause they didn’t know the actual meaning behind the song. They just disrespected it like it was nothing. When I tried to tell them they didn’t listen to me.
