So in save me, the lyrics were: 'I need your love before I fall.' Meaning they thought they needed someone else's love and not their own. They thought that someone else's love would be all they need. But, when they found out that that person's love was fake love, they realised that the only love they need is love from oneself, hence why this is called I'm fine.
They only need to love themselves.
I think they used save me in the intro to show that these two songs are connected, or to act as a conclusion of the song save me.

This is the answer to Save me. Basically saying I don't need you to save me anymore, I have myself because i finally learned to love myself in order to save myself. In the fake love it shows the same handwriting as save me. The actually writing is save me but they turned it upside down and it said "I'm fine". Thats why they sound the same in the beginning.
