i love how humble and excited you are about it, like you know how crazy it is that you live in such an amazing house. you've worked so hard to get it but still, so refreshing to see that you appreciate all you've got at such a young age.
James worked so hard for years and he did this all by himself only being a teenager... He deserves this. Even though he is young, he is an outstanding businessman. I have been subscribed maybe since he was 17 and he really has came a long ass way. Seeing James get emotional at the end made me soft. Even though he is a hardworking beauty guru, you can still see the younger boy who never thought this would happen, he is so amazed and it is so endearing to see. Proud of you Sister. I love the idea of the grand piano in front of the fire place, but what Iโve learned with my baby grand is that you have to watch out for the really dry environment. It can make the wood expand in ways that are really bad for such a beautiful instrument. I hope you find a beautiful space for a piano, bc itโs literally the best thing to have in your home/ bedroom.

You should do a video of you learning how to cook from a professional. Makes sense because youโre doing a bunch of new adult things like buying a house, buying a car, etc. being able to cook for yourself is really key to a healthy & smart adult life.

Hey James, I don't know if you will see this, but here is a tip about pianos. Absolutely DO NOT put it against an outside wall. This means putting it against a side with a window, or a wall that if you took it down, you would be outside. Why? Because the temperature can knock the piano out of tune, and you don't want that. Hopefully you see this so you don't make the same mistake.

OKAY--- MUSICIAN HERE!!! Please be careful with putting a grand piano right next to a fireplace. If you do, make sure you have a humidifier for the piano. The heat that close can really mess with tuning and dry out the piano. You'll probably notice you'll need more frequent tunings as well. Just make sure you are careful!!!

James, if you get a piano, you might want to consult with the piano seller about proper placement. Windows (sunlight) and heat (aka fireplace) can affect a piano. Get some advice on that before you put it in that corner. :)
