I like that James took a serious issue and incorporated it into one of his makeup tutorials. We got to learn so much about different animals and the struggles they face while he interacted with them and created this video.

Flamingos only get their pink colour from eating the food from the wild so if you had one as a pet it would never be pink

I worked at an AZA accredited zoo and ANIMAL CARE IS TOP PRIORITY. They even test the animal's stress levels (from their poo) and work tirelessly to make sure they have a fulfilling and stimulating life. It's not a prison for them, and like Jame's said, most don;t have a home to go back to. So it really is important to support GOOD zoos because not all are created equal.
