Well it’s because they’re in such a low league and the match making is town hall + league and you don’t really see many th13’s in bronze/ low silver

Everyone's gangsta untill a mass attack of super goblin came out of nowhere and took all the loot
Even super goblin will not pass the traps
Sneaky goblins one at a time to trigger any traps. A th 11 farming army typically has 70 sneaky gobs. Invisibility, rage, and freeze spell. on the scattershots will get at least 6 of the 8 storages in the worst case scenerio. That's a minimum of 440k of elixir and 220k gold lost. Th can be blimped from 4 o clock with sneaky goblins inside or high dps units under invisibility/rage. The warden's ability as support with a pack of sneaky goblins deployed at the bottom, timed correctly, will net no less than all of the storages. The no-spawn zone in this base design isn't far enough to defend against them. Not to mention the lack of walls around storages. With sneaky goblins and a typical set of spells + warden, any decent Th11+ player could get all the storages + Th.

My friend did this once. He said if this base works, then a fully intricate base layout should work.
He basically separated his loot to his defenses at a calculated distance such that the defenses would reach the loot.
He only lost twice, and that was when thr town hall can only reach TH10
