All jokes aside, Jeff's last podcast actually made me want to start running again... still haven't gone for a run but I've been thinking about it.

They both know they want each other. Here is the problem… Jeff is scared to admit it and is scared it’ll mess with the show/chemistry especially if anything ever went wrong. While tana is also scared of those she also knows she would have to fully settle down and have a real relationship which deep down she doesn’t know if she’s ready for and doesn’t want to hurt Jeff. You me and everyone else can see they love each other. One day it’ll finally happen.

I love how tana really was the main person that was right by Jeff's side through not only the eye surgery situation she stuck all the way through with him w that and against David and his minions. Tana brought out a more opened minded version of Jeff that has made me him so much more likeable to wider audiences and He has tremendously helped tana with her mindset on certain things such as her sobriety journey and her re-branding. And more. I know they hate when us fans say they are totally future marriage material but I totally can see it and them managing their differences and retiring from all the drama and stuff and be happy not soon but I mean later on future vibes

I did ketamine therapy about a year ago. It’s typically 6 sessions of low dose ketamine. You take it in a meditative state with a therapist and doctor. The “high” lasts 45-60 minutes and it’s life changing when combined with talk therapy. Essentially, it helps break down the barriers in the brain to help you create better habits etc. Tana and Jeff, do it! It’s way different than doing it recreationally.
