I wish I had pictures, haha. I was at an event doing a performance piece where myself and the other actor were wearing mime paint, mine included those kind of diamond star shapes around the eyes. Afterwards at the same event I had a falling out with a friend and was bawling while watching another act. Another friend came up to me to check on me, and I asked her if I'd wrecked my makeup. I knew I was in trouble because she refused to make eye contact 😂 So I went to the bathroom, and the tear tracks had dissolved the makeup and I looked like some demon possessed clown, the diamonds around my eyes had started to kind of drip further down my face, and I'd had red rosy cheeks and now the red paint mixed with the black and the white and dribbled down my chin. I tried to use paper towel and liquid soap to get it off, but it was greasepaint and just went smudgy, and I wanted to leave but I'd driven people there, so I just sat in my car and waited til it was over.
But I swear, if I ever wanted to dress up like a possessed clown, I would definitely just cry while wearing mime greasepaint, because that shit was the stuff of nightmares.

Ok story time that's kind sad but fucking hilarious involving that mascara. I use to apply like 3 times to top and bottom lashes for that *beautiful * spider look. Well I was in middle school and I came home and my parents finally actually got me a birthday present after 3 years of not and I DROPPED IT and the makeup palettes broke. I cried so hard that my makeup ran and it turns the edge of my shirt black and grey.

I had thought you were saying that your parents hadn't been able to afford a present, since crying over broken makeup is such a First World Problem that you needed to add something that sounded sad. If a family was really too poor to buy a kid even super cheap present for 3 years in a row then there's very little chance that kid would be spending their own money on makeup, especially as a middle schooler, they would be buying themselves necessities. You claim that's not what you meant so fine.
If your parents really are abusive then you've picked up on their behavior. Break the cycle, especially if you plan to have kids, but even if you don't, do it for yourself. The rest of your life will be negatively affected if you don't and your parents will continue to have control over you, even after they die. I recommend finding a good therapist who's familiar with abuse and tell them very clearly that they cannot discuss anything with your parents unless it's about billing (if you're using their insurance). On your privacy form, write that they cannot have conversations *at all* with your parents even if your parents don't ask about what was discussed in your sessions (unless you feel confident that your parents wouldn't lie to your therapist as a way of controlling you, which is what mine did to me). Also, don't list your parents as an emergency contact.

I know this is 4 years late but if anyone still want a good mascara to cry in that will also make you look really cool, use the maybelline snapscara mascara in blue. Looks beautiful on the eyes and doesn't crumble underneath the eye, but AS SOON as a droplet of water touches your eyelashes it will look like cartoon tears. 10/10 have and would cry wearing it again.

@@SaheeliRai We don’t necessarily try not to cry, we just like knowing what makes our friends cry. Like I cry at the movie “Snowden” every time. You do expensive makeup under the cheep makeup so the top layer (cheep) will run while the bottom layer (nice) stays in place. That’s how you get the pretty black tears.

i love julien for jenna. he’s so sweet and makes her laugh and makes her feel great. i hope when i’m older my relationships will look like this. when i watch they’re videos they just have such good chemistry ik that sounds cheesy but they do. they are so cute together
the answer is ILIA limitless lash lengthening mascara. it is the nicest mascara ive ever had and looks like a water balloon full of black paint exploded under my eyes after a breakdown. when i looked in the mirror to see, i stopped crying bc i was so impressed. one of many reasons i love jenna is she turns moments like that into a happy success of finding the best mascara to cry in. we are so lucky to share all the years we did with her, i hope she's doing amazing
