Diamonds have a bluish tint. The established Crip color, which literally everyone on the planet over the age of 10 knows, is blue. Crips tend to dress in blue. By now you should understand the comparison being made between the color of her jewelry and recognized color for the Crips.
Hence the line, "Diamonds blue like a Crip."
