3 года была в Корее ни как не могла привыкнуть.к еде.Тем более когда хлеба нет на заводах. Едят только рис.А так конешно хлеб есть.Но у них хлеб как вата . Не то.

I was meant to go to sleep hours ago. It's now 4:30 am and I can't tear myself away from these food stall videos. They're amazing. The thousands of hours these people spend cooking and selling has the process down to a fine art. They are all well oiled machines!

I'm really hungry now 😂 wow everything looked so delicious...
What I noticed first is how particular he is, paying attention to making the parchment paper sit perfectly and evenly in the metal trays .. and of the most importance (to me, as well as the customers who will be eating) is that the fryer was absolutely PRISTINE .. no residue oil left on there from previous usage, it is cleaned properly and perfectly; and he uses all new, fresh oil, no leftover oil from previous usage (which I have seen others do). I am very, very picky about eating street food because I am leery of the cleanliness of how the cook/vendor takes care with the food and the appliances used to cook it .. and I have to say that I would definitely eat this gentleman's food without any hesitation. He is efficient; his hands are clean; the counter, trays, fryer, and metal tongs are clean; the oil, flour, and dough are all fresh and new. As a previous cook and now just a regular foodie, I know it is of the utmost importance to properly clean to prevent any cross-contamination and/or lingering bacteria. This gentleman does it all outdoors, too (which is much more difficult than an indoor restaurant) yet still he never cuts corners when it comes to the food he serves. This is somewhere I would eat at time and time again. He deserves a 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating!
