I have a very close friend who is so much like the giant in this video.
He's a tall, bulky and buff dude (he's very fuzzy though, not bald at all), but he's pretty low-key about everything he does. He never speaks loudly, he's incredibly friendly and open-minded, just a super humble and nice person.
I showed him this video and told him that this was how I saw him, and he smiled and said that he genuinely appreciated the compliment.
I'm happy he's my friend.

this is what its like to play AI Dungeon
I think playing AI Dungeon made me lose a few neurons, like I actually made up a name so weird and stupid there was no way the AI would use it as well, and you know what happend? The AI gave a pixie the same name, and got me ultra confused to the point I had an autistic relationship with the pixie were I was acting like I was the pixie and she was acting like she wasn't a pixie, like she asked me if I could take her to my kingdom, and I answered: No we pixies don't accept other races, and the pixie was like: But humans are kind and we helped pixies in the past.
I swear it took a high toll on my brain.

In vain attempt to coerce the giant he quickly discovers that the giant is not at all interested in material gain and instead found a comfort in what he already has. The adventurer, perplexed by this stunning display of inner peace, joins the giant in his lounging and enjoys the beautiful sight of the valley together.

This should be a real RPG, basically a fantasy world where the NPCs act like bored modern day people who don't need any help.
Basically, an interactive Thomas Kinkade painting. Kind of a boring game, but would be an absolutely FANTASTIC screen saver. Just set on auto explore, and let the protagonist wander where it will. Once in a while, stop to admire the tranquil beauty, and go about your day.

Not an RPG but Wolf Among Us is kind of like this. Famous characters from old fairy tales and stories living in shitty areas of New York trying to just get by.
Always found that contrast funny too, seeing like one of the piggies from Three little pigs drinking whiskey and smoking cig in his shitty apartment complaining about life.

I just re-watched it, and I noticed that although the last scene shows them sitting on the hill as the sun is setting, they are facing away from the sun. That is now really bothering me and makes me rethink my attitude towards the characters. Who sits on a hill at sunset and looks the other way? That's just... unsettling.

I can't really explain why this made me so happy. Like, yeah, its really funny like always. But that the giant was just kickin' it, enjoying nature. And is nice to the nutty guy who clearly just needed a friend. And then it ends with them just hanging out, chill and happy, even though the nutty guy is still a little anxious about it. He's getting into it, though. Having a relaxed friend, and all. So nice.
