It consists to one half of "Gruyere" and to the other half of "Vacherin Fribourgoise". So yeah, cheese fondue and the Croissant with ham and Gruyere are quite similar.

My best friend and I went to the original Lune store in Fitzroy towards the start of the year. After nearly passing out with joy, we realised the legends were true. We go back nearly once a week still, which is about an hour from where I live. You have never eaten anything quite like this in your life. Absolute perfection. If you haven’t been, do yourself a favour. Total heaven in a box!
