@@meadow_mota i'm blessed to have one, and we did this same test as ourselves as well, not showing each other what we came up with. Both tests that I took and she took for me came up with the same conclusion. I was off a bit with hers giving her more credit she said, but that's part of my makeup too. @Mic Jack I get what you mean, the fandoms are toxic. I still listen to kpop all the time but I've learned to stay away from the fandoms and just not tell alot of people that I like kpop, it keeps me out of the toxic crap but I still get to enjoy the artists I love.
@@nicoleanime400 fandoms aren't inherently toxic... society has toxic parts of it, so every community does... nothing is just black or white. Fandoms consist of people, and so you'll find different kind of people in them, you just have to be selective with which part of the fandom you interact with: the toxic one or the ones that are there just for the music, or like you do, just ignore all if you don't want to be selective about it, that's okay too... but just because a bunch of people are toxic, doesn't mean all of the fandom or all fandoms are mostly toxic, in my experience is just that the negative side gets blown out of proportion and erases the positive side on people's mind sadly... or outsiders that don't know anything about the fandom, just see the toxic side because drama gets more attention from the outsiders that are already prejudiced and they don't know about the good things the fandom has...

I love that the debater is arguing against the accuracy of the personality test. Seems about right.
I'm an INFP and it was scary how accurate the description was! I felt like whoever made the test was looking inside my brain.
Whoever made the test was Katharine Cook Briggs, and her daughter Isabel Briggs. Neither of whom were psychologists, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is in no way shape or form based on anything scientific. Basically it's a bunch of hogwash.
the test is not based in any science, it's just for fun!
In my opinion, the reason they worked well together is their cognitive focus. Josh being an ESFP-A (leaning towards the unconscious ISFJ) and Ollie being and ENTP-T(leaning towards the subconscious ISFJ) aligns them both symmetrically with each other also considering that their both starter types (same interaction style) but Josh being more concrete(tangibles, perceive by five senses, present)and interest based (win-win situation) while Ollie is more abstract (intangibles, concepts, visualization and meaning, future focused) and systematic based (use framework that prescribes the best way to do things).
Ollie will never let go of "I'm Josh's first wife" and I live for that

It's not giving you a personality that's set in stone and treated like zodiac, but supposed to be used to assess your current mental state, and use it to better yourself. As someone who used to administer personality tests as part of my job, I feel like there are most helpful as a tool for introspection and self-evaluation. They give people a chance to see where their strengths are and why they are. If that makes any sense.

Switching their questionnaire is actually very interesting. You see, what we think we are and how people see us are usually slightly different.
We judge ourselves by what went through our head, people judge us by our actions.
When my family and I did our personality tests, my family was actually really surprised by my answers. They thought I wouldโve answered a little differently than I did. They wanted to answer for me, lol. ๐ The thing is, almost all the questions I couldโve answered multiple ways. There were only a few that I was like, โIโm not like that at all. Thatโs definitely not me.โ They talked about it in the book, though. Sometimes our experiences interfere with our born personality.

They were talking through the answers each time, like for the "analyses movies/songs" question, Josh on his own would probably have only given Ollie a mild agree, but Ollie immediately said "I LOVE doing this" and so Josh increased the agreement.
It would be interesting to do the test yourself, then have your best friend do it for you, and compare the results, as they might indeed see you differently to how you feel inside.

Iโve done my test two years ago and it was so on point! It also helped me understand that Iโm the way I am because Iโm an introvert, and that my brain works differently :) it definitely helped me understand more things about myself in social situations too!

MBTI can change, but not easily. Once youโre an adult, your MBTI probably wonโt change unless you experience some terrible trauma or stuff.
Also 16p is not accurate at all. Use sakinorva, and look at the first table (cognitive functions)

I started watching Jolly this year, and it has brought me many laughs and smiles and happy tears. I know all the comments focus on the humor, but I do want to say thank you individually because I looked up the assessment and took it myself and wow. This personality test is what I have been looking for (I'm Advocate, INFJ-A/INFJ-T, nearly even split) and apparently only 1% of the world fall into this personality type. I have felt broken for the longest time, questioning why I was so weird and always the odd man out on opinions and beliefs. Knowing that it's not all in my head...it's a great feeling and I can't wait to explore it further. So thank you :)
Also, for anyone wanting to take the personality test, it is a very extensive assessment and I would recommend it (16 personalities).

In my psych undergrad we had a whole class dedicated to "type" tests like this. The MBTI is considered the shape of your personality or the outline, whereas the Enneagram is the color. They both work really well together, but neither of them are 100% accurate, though it can be pretty close. It's more or less a tool to help us better understand our fears and motivations, as well as understanding others. Although, I will say, this seems pretty spot on for both of you. Great video! :)
