@@vivaciousmyosotis yeah i remember the multiple ways we eat them. But my favourite is spinach, with a little stock and then century egg. Made into some king of soupy vegetables. Sometimes they add in a little dried anchovies in to make the stock sweeter.

김치는 먹을만큼만 잘라서 따로 덜어 먹고 나머지엔 침 들어가지 않게 둬야해요.
유산균이 들어 있어 침이 들어가면 삮아버려 김치가 금새 쉬고 맛이 떨어져요.ㅠㅠ

Hope anyone can help. I goggled this and couldn’t find anything, not a website or where to buy. I live in australia and absolutely love cabbage kimchi, but after seeing this video, makes me want to try the other varieties like radish and perilla, but can’t not find it in my local Asian supermarket :( and was hoping kim soo mi ships internationally

In Korea, you can search Kim Soo-mi kimchi on the internet, but I don't know if they can from your country.

For everyone that didn't understand, the reason the packaging says f**k is because the word f**k in korean can also mean 'start/initiate'. Kim soo mi meant nothing offensive.(She was joking) Also the sound of it is similar to the sound of 18 and that's why Ollie unintentionally(?) swore over 10 times in this video 😂😂😂😂

유럽에선 우리생각보다 훨씬더 음식이 짜구요 서양인의 경우 동양인보다 침샘이 더 발달해서 침의 양이 많다고 해요 한마디로 우리보다 간을 덜 느끼는 거구요 기름진걸 느끼하다고 느끼지 못하는것도 같은 원리라고 합니다. 걱정 덜 해도 됩니다~~
미국 소세지나 감자칩 스팸 등등 우리입엔 짜지만 그들은 일상적으로 먹는것과 같은 원리 이구요..
또 한가지 물에 석회질이 많아서 이것을 배출해 주는게 소금이에요 그래서 소금 많이 먹어요.
