It’s so sad they had to explain themselves.
People are so dense. Of course Ollie wasn’t alone and he can just stop filming if he didn’t want to continue. They are youtubers, and it’s just content they agreed on beforehand
What I believe the issue was that the content appeared to mislead people or made people feel uncomfortable i.e. Ripping fans off for money. They said later that they paid them back but at the point the videos were up there wasn't an explanation for that. Also the fact that there was an apparent trend for foreigners to just buy plane tickets with little else money and "make their way" around the country by pretty much begging random people to "help" them. This was made an issue and came up on the news because Koreans are quite "helpful" and are inclined to "help" these travelers in need and so some people were worried the video content would encourage such travelers to come to Korea and do such. I mean obviously going to a foreign country without a wallet is a pretty stupid notion but it was pretty common a few years back. And Koreans are big worrywarts so I could see where they were coming from.

It's a bummer that they had to explain that ollie was O.K with being abandoned, so Josh would stop getting hate comments.... But to be fair Ollie sold it pretty well with the woe is me conversation he had with the taxi driver, which had me crying with laughter.
can I just say that given Ollie's track record with stairs, he should seriously live in an apartment!! so glad he's alright!!

As an United States American, my first reaction to the list of tests you need was to break out in a could sweat thinking of the debt you were now in.... having to pay for huge chunks of my own hospital stays for having my babies and forgetting other people don't have to do that, I just panicked for you.

That breaks my heart! I am home right now in Canada recuperating from a hysterectomy - no bill to pay. And there is financial assistance for me during my stay at home as I am unable to work until I heal. I can't imagine being in the position of needing this done, and not being able to afford it. How awful that would be!
@@stillhuntre55 believe me, breaks my heart to. Could you imagine struggling with postpartum and then getting a bill for thousands of dollars after insurance. Not only that but your choices are: pay all at once, pay over a 4 month period, or get sent to collections where they will insist you pay it off with in a year. Oh also...the policy when I had my last baby was to not bill you for any of your obgyn appointments or ultrasounds or hospital stay until after your last visit 6 weeks after having a baby. Then they bill you for all of it at once. You know, instead of one at a time to make it more manageable.

Ollie’s ordeal sounded so scary. I’m so happy it didn’t end as badly as it could have. Next time, try and get a bucket to you instead of trying to get up to a bathroom. More often than not, you don’t make it in time. 😳
Alexia B Yes, definitely keep a bucket or bowl or at least a towel next to u when you’re sick and might throw up. Makes things a lot easier.
My kids always sleep with a bucket in their bed, you never know when kids are going to wake up puking. It's saved me so many timed

I'm so sad I missed this but needed an extra hour of sleep (I'm in Pacific Time Zone) after spending my Sunday at Urgent Care. SO GLAD YOU ARE OK! The 'teaser image' of Ollie in the hospital had me worried.
Also watching Ollie "stranded" I wanted to cry and hug Ollie because I am an introverted anxious person and would break down if I was in that situation.

The "Dinner for One" movie is also a new years tradition in Denmark, I've seen it every new years eve since I can remember (I am 33 years old), this year is the only year I missed it, and it was because I was sick! I was picked up by the ambulance at 6:30am on the 1/1... Great way to start of the year, right Ollie 😂 glad you are OK again! Lot of love from Denmark, xoxo

Omg. I experienced that too! A stomach virus. Its a dreadful experience. Lots and lots of vomit until i cant vomit anymore but still my stomach stil wants to do it. A crazy experience indeed
