HUGE Updates Today at Universal Studios Hollywood - Fast and Furious Rollercoaster Changes

Mummy dark ride would be a great candidate for a reskin, using the same track. How about a Raptor Exhibit, turned rouge when the raptors escape chasing you 😮

So, I initially was thinking the blue pipes were for drainage because of the green marks on the dirt which are code for sewage/drainage. Those green marks are exactly where they placed that lower trench box. However, I was just reading that blue pipes are for potable water. Green pipes would be used for sewage (makes sense now that they would be the same color as the paint marks). So, now I'm wondering what the water lines are going to be used for.

Only if you could be a fly on the wall of USH war room! Perhaps further expansion of that location is impossible given the complexities for noise restrictions and the influences by the surrounding residents on the city. The Florida model maybe be the viable option for Universal in Southern California! Build a theme park some place else in the region. For example the Puente Hills Mall is 75% vacant of retail tenants. Redevelopment of that space or another empty shopping mall provides an opportunity for NBC Universal to expand their theme park franchise in this region. Thinking outside the box!

Honestly I really want Donkey Kong Country to come to Universal Studios Hollywood. I know you talked about different land exclusives, but some people just can’t afford a plane ticket to Orlando Florida and all the other expenses that come with it such as hotel, travel, etc. USH is only an hour away from where I live and it’s the only theme park I only go to nowadays, not even Disneyland because of its ridiculous admission prices.

I also think it'd be more logical to expand the upper lot past Harry Potter and into the blue screen lake area next to supercharged it's a far larger area and it makes more sense than knocking down sounds stages that they still use because they rarely use that lake

JP I read through patents and apparently Universal Creative created an X2 like ride vehicle with similar vest restaints. It could be for the new ride.😊

I heard they are showing new merchandise for Fast and Furious. They're probably releasing it earlier because they don't want to wait that long for the ride to be completed.

they should do another path way to go to lower lot so you can see the fast n furious coaster above you and lights following the coaster

One idea I have, is taking down the mummy, and bringing either a Shrek themed land or a Dreamworks Land. You would easily relocate all the dreamworks meet and greets from the upper lot in that land, as well as Donkey. That could also lead Dreamwork theater area to be turned into a version of Hagrid's. I would love to see a Shrek ride in the land themed to "I need a hero" from the 2nd movie, with Rise of the resistance level of technology!
