The greatest gift my father ever gave me (besides food, shelter, and the passing of moral values) is the introduction of Metal through Judas Priest and I can't wait to pass it on to my own.

A much more simple time in life. A great era and awesome music that I'll never forget. I'm just glad I was there to experience the rise of Metal in 1980. British Steel album just blew the doors wide open when it was released, and Judas Priest was on top of their game.
Killing Machine, British Steel and Point Of Entry was an epic run of albums. They did for 80s metal what Sabbath's first 3 records did for the 70s.
One of my most favourite Priest tunes . Very patriotic , God bless .

I'll never forget the first time I heard this. I was in high school, in football, and we were in practice, and our coach put this on and turned it up, and it made me work out even harder. What an uplifting song!

One of the best metal bands ever, with metals greatest vocalist.
Lots of people like Ronnie James Dio, but Robs voice has a clearer cutting edge to it and his range is greater.

They pretty much invented heavy metal so yeah. Some say Sabbath but I consider Priest the first metal band.

An amazing song that also gave name to the best japanese metal band
It seems to me that Priest wanted a mix of their own "we will rock you" and "we are the champions".
The first metal band I got into the year before this. Bought British Steel and never looked back since. Live about 50 miles away from where they originated from and got into bikes about the time so it was a perfect combination. Great memories.

1st Judas Priest song i heard on the top 40 on radio 1 i think. After that they immediately became my favourites. Soon after bought my first ever record. Point of Entry which came out in 81 when i was 12 which contained the classic, Desert Plains.
Will somebody on The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame committee get some balls and induct Judas Priest already.

First JP album I ever had. Played it all the time. Keyed on this song, No matter how loud I played the album, I always turned this one up. Still do.As for this performance, unless this is the one they put on the recording, they sound exactly the same.
