_the lyrics of this song really showcase a narrative of a relationship where one person doesn't understand their feelings, if they strong or not. The lyrics showcases that person's feelings really well to a point the person reading the lyrics can understand what type of massage it is trying to portray. It is very simple and has a lot of meaning behind the lyrics, which I find to be very interesting_ .

Purpose is one of the most helpful song when you feel like things aren't working out.
I remember I was trying so hard to keep myself up and suddenly Purpose played after The Feeling and for the first time I heard the lyrics and tears wouldn't stop. And I needed that.
