I don't know why people ever thought Twice's cute songs were lame. They literally managed to captivate both young and old audiences. They even turned a Japanese street gang leader into a Once and turned his life around! Twice's influence is a lot more powerful than people realize. Even their song, Feel Special, was a life saver for those who were experiencing depression! Not only that, they helped revive the Hallyu Wave in Japan!

Twice grew up in front of us, they started their career showing us their teenage side and gradually evolve as they mature. They aren't a typical gg that change their concept every comeback to test the water, Twice create their music based on their experiences as years goes by. As members mentioned before, we will grow old with them same with their music.
Their music really be with me since teenage time too, and now I'm young adult so is meaningful to me :')

Decided to rewatch all Twice album sneak peeks before comeback! i'm crying a bit because I love their songs so much!
twice has matured a lot as a group and as individuals so this album sounding more serious isn’t surprising. they’ve grown a lot. not saying their cute songs are childish i love all their songs but on this album i feel like they really wanted to show a different side to them and i love that.

If TWICE wasn't going to expand west, they would not had signed with Republic Records and that opportunity would had been given to ITZY.
you can really feel that twice's sound has matured now and while i love bubblegum twice and all of their past songs are still near & dear to me and in my opinion untouchable records, i like that they're shifting their creative focus!!! their past work already exists, it's out there, and this sound is so gorgeous and suits them so well and it's exciting getting to see them try out more mature concepts and music. i am SO excited this already sounds incredible
