this is kinda true.. but I don't agree with no bad habits.. they don't look at that.. all he wants is for you to show change and that you will drop the bad habits.. once you enter the company.. but with their age... it would be nice if they really don't have anything behind their past..

I really like how JYP made the effort to explain things about becoming an idol to the girls in Japanese! You could tell he was really trying to teach them how to improve and giving them constructive comments. Such a legend, being able to speak English and Japanese somewhat fluently!
