A truly humble legend. It’s why Jyp is the least problematic company and the most humble as well. Out of the big 3, Jyp had it the hardest remember during 2015 the harshest year for them, people were criticising Jyp and wanting Jyp out of the top 3 being replaced by Cube, how the tables have turned.
This is why if I audition for a Kpop company I’m going with *whispers* Jyp

Elle B If I recall correctly, JYP was practically on the verge of Bankruptcy. I think that having Got7 and Twice being so successful helped being him out of it.

Oh so to sum it up, 2015 Jyp was its worse due to bankruptcy and wonder girls and 2pm both being on hiatus the money was quite low, Jyp was basically striving off of 2 groups. Got7 debuted around that year and was quite possibly the worst time to debut but they definitely had contributed good with the album sales and then of course came along Twice and then we’ll ya’know. Got7 and Twice are basically the backholders of Jyp each group earning a substantial amount for Jyp. And as of right now, Jyp has surpassed 1 trillion won putting above Sm and yg who is actually at 4th next to Bighit.

I don't get the people who disliked this video, maybe they don't have a heart. Some came here and disliked it just because they hate Got7, Twice, Stray Kids, or Day6 or even itzy or even the whole company. Just because you hate a group doesn't mean you should hate the whole company. If you don't like it then just go away and don't dislike it, it's not dedicated to you. It's for his baby so mind your own business.

What I love about JYP, despite the mistakes he's made, is that he truly understands his idols cause he had a career as an artist as well. He never had the "Koreans are superior" mentality that YG and SM had and actively chose to promote his foreign idols. He gave artists like Rain a chance when no one else would because they didn't look "ideal". Even when artists leave his company and talk bad about him, he never has them blacklisted or says a single word to defend himself.

I’m proud that JYPE is the first one I stan than SM and YG (no hate to SM but a little to YG😡😂). Idols under JYP are truly the luckiest. Remember when he can’t scold twice because seeing them hurt makes him cry. (SM is also a good company but they don’t take care of their idols properly [f(x)], JYP overworks them but at least he takes care of them like he’s their father. Jyp has done so much for us and given us amazing groups who are talented, have personalities but also are so close as friends and family.
