Nah, but she has the slim nose a lot of Koreans have. It's just her genes randomizing here and there that doesn't give her the "typical" Korean look. Anyone look at her parents and you can see they fit Korean typical features pretty well.

i'm latina and i can confirm that jihyo really looks latina 🤣🤣 it's her eyes 💕💕 the first time i met twice i thought jihyo was a foreigner but then i found out she was korean it was crazy because she really looks latina or at least white/mixed

if you're willing to elaborate in your own words about how you distinguish between koreans and japanese girls considering aspects that aren't fashion (i.e. clothes, hair style, makeup) or behavioral mannerisms of being a foreigner that'd be great

​@@kiril-jiwoo for me I could always tell which members are from Japan. even in other groups without looking up their information I always knew who is Japanese. What I also noticed about chinese members is that they mostly have a calm temper for example tzuyu, xioting or the girl from everglow. But for me it is harder to tell chinese and koreans apart than japanese. also japanese people have a different face shape and different skin complexion.

@@kiril-jiwoo for me, i knew mina was japanese easily because of her nose. she has a distinctive nose tip i usually see in japanese people such as hirose suzu.
tzuyu doesn’t look korean to me at all. her nose is in a triangular shape that i don’t associate with korean people. her eyes are also relatively upturned, and i can’t think of a korean person with double eyelids whose eyes are that upturned.
for momo, her lower half of her face seems relatively prominent, especially in her cheeks and teeth. she looks like ayame misaki when she smiles.
sana.. maybe it’s her face shape? her cheekbones are prominent, while her chin is narrow. her eyes also don’t look korean to me? i feel like korean people with double eyelids don’t usually have eyes that are both round and narrow. for korean people, they are either completely round or rectangular-ish.
anyway, maybe i’m making stuff up lol but these are my observations and why people might clock them as not korean right off the bat
