a woman at the end of her pregnancy, experiencing the stress of pregnancy together with the quarantine, is able to serve us with such an inspiring song and such a perfect performance, even at times like this, the world does not deserve the big name KATY PERRY
This is really smart. The projections do all the work and create an illusion of movement so she doesn’t have to move much nor dance (as a pregnant woman singing her heart out and belting high notes) while filling up all the stage. It’s all quite beautiful and surreal. Really well done!
I know it's been almost 3 years since this. But i just wanted to come back here and say that her performance using these technology were so creative and cool and people didn't give her the attention she deserves. Like who was doing cool and iconic performance like this in 2020??? Only Katy
sis is giving us SO MUCH even in the middle of a pandemic where options are very limited, also she’s like 7-8 months pregnant. Do we deserve her!? no, we’re unworthy af. Everyone now say: thank you katy perry.
I remember when I was in high school and watched the Katy Perry movie. I related to her personality a lot and her relationship with Russel Brand. I remember there was a part where friends and family spoke on how they think she would make a great mother someday and I imagined her as a mother being very similar to how I wanted to be as a mother one day.
“Never let ‘em change me. ‘Till they cover me in daisies, daisies, daisies!!!!”
and now her daughter is named Daisy. Beautiful.
