Bangchan has control of almost all of the music they create. He is a very caring leader and he is very professional. He has high standards for every detail/part but also encourages individual self-development within a happy and fun yet professional environment. He really cares and values each member and in return each member care about each other as they are a real family. Jyp should only get credit for funding. The rest is all Stray Kids themselves.
