What's surprising about the first concern is they should have discussed how they want to live their life before marriage, not after. See now each side wants to pursuit different goals.

Its the problem of a lot of ppl around me they get married just to get married, because of others, because of pressure because of time and so on. No discussion beforehand and eventually ends in a divorce

And sometimes they marry for the idea of getting married.
I'm happy that Jooheon expresses his feelings about the kid who loves cars. He knows how it feels to be so passionate about something although his parents always ask him to study instead. I know that you can't neglect study completely, but the mother should be happy that his son has a dream already. She should told her son that in order for him to achieve his dreams, he need to at least have basic education.
soo true my cousin is also into cars and as a kid he also could tell most of the cars by sound since he watched them a lot from the windows and he works now with cars as well ( of course the basis is needed but he alredy knows more about the cars then he would really need for a job in that field later so actually its great he has most the needed skill and can concentrate on improving and since he started early it will be a lot easier for him to improve ) and also the part about the friends?? first of he is not such a small child anymore in no time he will be in a higher grade and once he is in collegue he could make friends more easly since most there know what they want to do since they chose a major so if he choses one with cars he will have friends with the same interests and hobbies thats good enough ? its not like he will lose the ability to communicate at this age just because he spends more time with his hobby than people. it look to me like she just doesnt like the fact her son wont be doing what she wants even thought he could be really sucsesfull and earn a lot since he is pretty good already (just imagine how much he can grow once he gets lessons for drawing if he got this good without lessons?) truthfully if her son were interested in things needed for a doctor or lawyer i am sure she wouldnt be that against it like if he spends most time leaning all the laws she would probably brag about how amazing her son is. its sad

I'm sorry but I don't think that the husband in the first concern can be blamed. Everyone should have the freedom to decide whether they want children or not. He keeps on mentioning financial issues that come with having children, however I think he just uses it as an excuse. He simply doesn't want children. And that's fine. It may be harsh for his wife and I can only imagine how hurtful it must be for her, but they should have talked about such important things before getting married. Times have changed. Back in the days people needed to have children in order to care for the parents when they get old and to have a successor for their farm and land. However in these modern days having children is an option rather than a necessity.
Well , From my point of view it's natural for people who gets married to have children. That's what's common for now , so if you don't want to have a child you should tell her before you get married ! I know it's okay for him not to have children , but why force it on his wife too , as I recall she is 36 so she haven't got much time . He actually married the dog not the wife :)
I totally agree with you about the freedom to have children or not (as in my case, I don't want some). But the problem here is that he didn't talk about it with his wife before marrying her, and now he's imposing his choice to her, which is egoist I think. The majority of humans still aim for a family with children, so he should have discussed with her and maybe find someone else that aims for the same thing. It isn't right to avoid her because of that...
@@Nausaica That's exactly what I wrote in my comment above 😄 THEY should have talked about this before getting married, meaning that BOTH of them are to blame. This applies to every single person in this world: Before actually getting married to someone and deciding to spend your life together you should develop lots of knowledge about that special someone, wether you have the same morals and values as well as the same goals in life 🤷♀️ Sadly, these days people tend to rush into marriage very fast and end up being unhappy because their partner turns out "not to be the person they thought he/ she would be". This problem could easily be overcome if people simply would talk to each other more and take their time in the development of their relationship. Communication is key.

I came here for Monsta X but the man from the second concern makes me so angry. I wish Hello Counsellor had police or some doctors with them or something bc the problems on this show vary from physical abuse to sexual harassment and emotional abuse and they make comments and laugh even but DON’T DO ANY ACTION TO HELP THE VICTIMS. Please get a psychiatrist, psychologist, a social worker or some kind legal or medical help on this show! This show keeps getting views for some very serious problems yet it doesn’t seem like they actually help the victims.

about the last concern I think it's wonderful that the kid knows what he wants and that he's so passionate about it. i think the mother instead of worrying about his passion should rather focus on having him involved in other things so that he can improve his studies and social skills along with emphasizing that his passion is valid. i'm not a specialist and that is why i have always said that this show needs a specialist, maybe a psychologist to help such concerns. because it doesn't look like a big deal but if the kid doesn't realize that he needs to perform well in his basic studies in order to be what he wants to be then he won't succeed in his dream. but then again if he is too pressured to study well or socialize well he might lose his passion and not get it back and then he won't have a dream like that again. i have experienced that with my drawings when i stopped drawing at all because my parents would get mad at me for drawing too much. back then i thought it as a year-break but it's been four years that i haven't made any good artwork. and i just don't draw at all, sometimes for months.

Yes, I wanted to be a doctor but my mother discouraged me. My studies also discouraged me from attaining this. It was always my passion to help people but now I'm lost and I don't know what I want to do anymore.

Jenny Park In western society, people live with each other, get to know each other, get married, and have no problems. They don't get divorced, their children grow completely happy and normal, right? Korean culture is not perfect, but what you're suggesting have been practiced in the west for decades, and yet, those societies have the biggest amount of all kinds of personality disorders due to upbringing of people who lived together.

Edit: The first concern was actually really complicated. I can understand both of their sides to be honest, and that's what makes it hard to solve. They have different point of view and goals in life, but I do think they shouldn't have just gotten married so soon. But it already happened, so I just do hope that they'll come to terms sooner. I feel bad for the wife too :(
The second concern annoyed me. The husband is so irresponsible. He had too much excuses and I swear, he isn't fit to be a dad right now. I really do hope he kept that promise after the show...
As for the third concern, just like jooheonnie said, it's great that the kid has passion for something he loves. It was actually nice that he is a bright kid with a dream in mind. I actually felt jealous that he is passionate into something that makes him so happy in life. It is so obvious that he enjoys studying cars and such, and I think he is really inspirational!

I feel kinda bad for the man in the 1st concern. No one should be forced to have children as it’s not everyone’s idea of happiness. We all want to live our best lives and sometimes having children can limit that although it doesn’t mean you’ll be unhappy having them. He should live his life to the fullest. I hope they find their own ways to be happy even if that means separating. It’s so hard in this children-obsessed world to live for own life without being criticised for not wanting children. Nowadays kids just throw their parents into care homes and never visit too 😓
It’s not like he’s forced to have a child tho. He at least should have the dignity to listen to his own wife when she told him she wanted a child really bad. Just listen. I mean they should have talk this beforehand but that man was basically more interested in the dog than in her so.
Also not wanting to have kids it’s a really common thing nowadays. It’s not like ppl are being major criticized for not wanting kids. Of course the older generation think otherwise but I mean it’s the older generation they will always think otherwise.

If the kid from the 3rd concern was my son, as long as he did not fail any subjects in school, I'd be fine to be honest. Not everything is about grades and school and although we must learn up until a certain level of knowledge, not everything can be thought inside the classroom. If he's really passionate about cars, then for sure he'll be able to find a great career that makes him happy. It's better he stayed at home learning about cars than partying, smoking, drinking (all though there's nothing wrong with these if done in moderation) or worse, doing drugs.
Dear mother of that boy who really loves car, can you see that your child is really amazing? He already find his interest at young age. He also build his interest into expert like this. I believe that if parents can be open-minded and understanding their children then you will proud to them in the future.

Ikr! And it's annoying how they keep talking about how ''great'' it is to have a child... but not about the sleepless nights, the struggles of caring and the financial part of it. And not everyone likes children or likes to have a child, they should've talked about this before marriage, you can't just force him to have a child.
I get you. When I told my teachers that I didn't want my own child (they asked first), they said that having your own child is a really wonderful thing, and I get it but my reasoning for my opinion is that firstly, I don't want to deal with the pain of pregnancy and childbirth. Secondly, the main reason is that there are a lot of children that need loving homes. I love children, but I don't want my own because there are so many other children that need a lot of tlc.

They were not laughing at them, they were laughing because they were them. Having children is not for everybody. I also said I didn't want children when I 14, I am now 20 I know I still don't want to give birth to children but I would love to adopt a child due to my fondness of children. My mum always wanted to have children since she was a teenager, she always wanted 2 girls and she had 2 girls. That was her actually one of her dreams but because she had us so young she couldn't fulfil her other dreams. That alone made me very apprehensive of having children not to mention the enormous amount of strain children put on a marriage if the marriage doesn't have a good foundation. Even after having my sister and me, my mum would always take us orphanages to volunteer and take care of children without mothers as well as special needs children so that made me want to adopt. We are all influenced by our environment so as much as you want to say you've always known that you don't want children but there may come a day that you meet a person that makes you think that having a child might not be a bad thing. Your 20s are the time you get to explore all the thoughts that you had as a teenager. Not trying to be rude just saying you never know what happens in life, being open to change is the best way to avoid regrets.
