The part where he says that ppl might think he’s crazy for smiling.... a friend of mine told me that you shouldn’t smile in public like that in Korea because they will think that way lol. He explained that many Koreans including him don’t realize that in the US it’s a friendly gesture to smile in public.

Poor Jung Hae In he looked so hurt when the cab driver rejected him I would be sad too. Good think he thinks positive!

This travel vlog might seem uneventful to some, but as someone who's never been to New York it's nice to see someone going there, feeling slightly overwhelmed yet very happy while finding his way and making fun memories. It's very slow paced vs the majority of action packed travel vlogs. In a way it feels more realistic to how my experience would be.

I love how he was so firm with his opinion that the filming should be done by the cameramen who are skilled to take the best shots and the show should not only be about him. That shows he's humble and considerate.

I am currently watching the entire series and as a native New Yorker I have to say that he did a magnificent job on this series. He featured the most beautiful parts of our city, he captured our vibe and I love that. Even though I was cringing when he said he would be riding the subway (if you live here you already know) 😂 , but he even made that a cool moment. I just love his acting and his wonderful travel buddies made it even better. I hope that he comes back to film again he truly is a joy to watch. I've watched his dramas and I will continue to support all he does. Love him.
