Here is what I see from the cover.
Solji expressed ‘Please’ as a heartbreaking song. It was like, “Please, do you know that my heart hurt?”
Kim Beumsoo sang like he’s angry. ‘Please’ from his cover looks like, “You left me. I hate myself for feeling like this but I am still waiting for you.”
Yoo Minsu and Shin Yongjae’s version of ‘Please’ is like longing. It was like, “Please come back. I beg you. I need you. Just come back to me.”
All these covers were so amazing and I will change to which mood I want to hear; heartbreak, angsts or longing.
The original which is Lee Sora is a story. ‘Please’ in her version becomes, “Here is a story of you and me. No matter how much you interpret, I will sing it in my voice.” Thus, for me Lee Sora version is something I will hear when I feel like the sky is crashing down.
Though many singers had covered this song...i think Park Hyo Shin's version was the best...but still can't beat the original singer

And the kids form Fantastic Duo who sang this song featuring with Lee Sora looks like they're lost something and they got angry (watch in 04:08 - 04:11) *in my opinion
I might be in the minority, but I couldn't finish listening to Kim Beumsoo cover. Somehow, his singing doesn't do it for me. I loved the duo Yoon Minsu & Shin Yongjae version. Thank you for mentioning Lee Sora as I went to listen to her. There was another version of her and few other singers and the way she ends the song by singing "please" blows me away. Korea, the land of many treasures and outstanding talents.
That soprano lady is really beautiful indeed..Her presence and her voice..I replayed her part again and again..It's weirdly addictive..It's like an ost song for very very very sad Korean drama/movie...
