I know Dongeun and the others work out really hard to maintain such physique even though they are eating much, but I wish I would eat that much and still maintain my physique as well!!!
It's hard to eat that much. I'm still baffled by dong eun's meat consumption. That upsetted my stomACH
True. I also eat like them and sadly gain a lot even if i am working out. So, i have a limit when i gain to the point i am overweight. It depends on your body type upon how fast you gain and lose weight with the amount of food you eat. In instructor Dongeun's case, she probably gains less than most of the people (ectomorph) and also probably she does regular cardios.
RAX IO I think it’s because she has so much muscle, she can’t maintain her body for competitions if she doesn’t eat that much
I think In their case to build muscle and keep their physique they need an overload in calories, depending on their weight (a lot heavier than they look) hence why they eat so much

@@btwidk5945 Well yes, but not for the "all you can eat restaurants". When everyone eats more than what it should cost per person. Think that the whole restaurant would be filled by people like them, the business would go bankrupt.

It still amazes me how Dongeun's stomach is like a bottomless pit. 😆 It never gets old. Maybe the food bypasses her intestines and just absorbs straight into her body the second it hits her stomach. Or maybe she has extraordinary intestines that process food at supersonic speed. No other explanation.

They started calling him a beggar because of the way he eats not because he likes all-you-can-eat restaurants. Its also just a joke. Seems like it doesn't affect him so it's fine.
It's more his eating style; how he shovels food into his mouth. Notice this time they roll with the joke more, and mention how other employees have their beggar-style eating moments. At the end of the day, everyone loves Yang and his team. They're the highlight of the show with their big meals.

wow... I really want to visit Boss Yang gym when I travel to Korea one day.
I understand the beggar mode at times.. because normal workout and working out with gym machines (with many sets) for long hours will make you feel more hungry than usual. The body need to replenish energy and nutrition.

Literally the only possible reason the restaurants just suck it up and refills is cause they are in a sense getting advertisement for "free", even if they offered those meat the price is probably still cheaper than the advertisement fee they would have to pay if they wanted to be advertised on tv.
