There was definitely some kind of evasion of transparency and truth somewhere along the line. This isn't the first case of it's kind, especially of women and it's surprising that we're getting any story at all. That alone is enough ground that shady shit is going on systematically. It's only in their favour so why WOULD they be honest about this shit?

I was in the same unit as Vanessa Guillien, same squadron. She died in the basement where i was living at the time in the barracks while i was active duty. Our chain of command tokd everybody to keep their mouths shut once newd about this hit the air. Definitely a corrupt unit.

My theory: Superior officer sexually harassed Vanessa. She was then going to report him. He got this soldier and his girlfriend to kill Vanessa by blackmailing them with something really incriminating. Then superior has him killed makes it look like suicide and the girlfriend goes to prison.
