La clave para una buena sociedad empieza con la educación, muchos creerán que es algo ya un cliché, pero sin duda la educación se empieza desde el hogar y el entorno en dónde se vive, en mi país como el mismo entorno no te da un buen ejemplo los niños en una porción considerable no practican los valores y eso con el tiempo los estropea, felicidades por Corea, los niños incluso me sorprendieron por las preguntas que hacían y como estaban al tanto de muchas situaciones.

I am an American in my early 50's. I travel to Asia quite often simply because I love the people. I went to Vietnam in 2019 and came back to America a different person. I mean this too. I rode my Bicycle from Hanoi to Saigon and took a month for this trip. The thing I noticed so much was how genuine and nice they were to me. The kids were always so curious about me, and adults always wanted to know if I had enough to eat! If I was stressed and needed help " which happened more then I wanted it too"! they were always helping me in any way, they could. There was a 21 year old young lady who said to me that if I love the Vietnamese people , they will always love you back. She is so right. and I will never forget that.

Yes and parents really have a high trust for their child. They even let them take the bus in such a young age and give them errands to do alone.
When i was living in Japan (Korea is pretty similar to Japan) I took the bus when I was only 4 years old so it's pretty safe there and we went to school in small groups

I remember being 9 years old, and forgetting to zip my bag. so when I walk over to the bus stop, my books ended up falling out of my bag and that’s the exact moment my bus decided to show up. I was panicking as I try to pick up my books as fast as I can, everyone just walked to the side to avoid the books that I dropped 😭 everyone except for one kid that I will never forget.

At the same time I can't teach my son to be too kind like this because alot of the adults here are fucked up too
People used to raise their children like that a lot in the past but it changed their views when a rise in kidnappings happened. Also when serial killers became higher in the 70s and 80s, parents had to raise their children to be distrustful and careful of strangers, “stranger danger” became a common warning said in households. This video is adorable, and I love how helpful and kind they are to the student but I cannot help but think about how this is how kidnappers lure children. I hope those children in the video live a long and happy life. 💕 ⭐️😊
