Lulu is a mix of British Shorthair, Scottish Fold and Munchkin; his father was a British Shorthair while his mother was a Munchkin and Scottish Fold hybrid, hence explaining his cuteness

This is much more dastardly than it looks at first.
Cats can't see very well right in front of their faces, so having some of the trays empty is confusing. They can't easily tell if there is or isn't water without getting close. That will be why they sometimes lean over to sniff the water. They're trying to confirm their suspicions without touching the water, but as we can see, they occasionally slip up and step in it anyways ❤️

I love the care TT has for Claire's creations, she always takes care to make sure to not disturb it. She could have landed on the dry panels but actively chose not to, so as not to step on her creations aaaaa a lovely cat!!!
