Seokjin is that parent who tells their kid the foods not that bad but won't eat it. He cracked me up here and everyone making fun of him made it even more funny.
I really loved their chemistry. Haha almost always has the best timing when making such comments. I adore them all! This episode was so hilarious. I enjoy watching them without guests.

They have their own charming, jihyo unnie is lucky while somin unnie is unlucky, so its not their fault if one of them have more screen time in each eps, jihyo unnie also get her screen time, she's an ace, don't worry people π

Personally SukJin is the member who makes me stay longer because after the blow up of SoMin & SeChan craziness SukJin is the one who gives a new perspective on how to be funny. Heβs so hilarious especially with HaHa comments. Both are like the best side dishes and had the similar level of (high) prices with the main course.

I love it whenever they get back at JSJ for being selfish and rude. And defending the little sister Somin was so precious
and yet there were viewers bashing on the members when they literally spent the entire episode asking JSJ to shut up hahah.
i don't find JSJ's tantrums entertaining nor funny one bit. what makes it funny is how the members reacted to it. it's only a given that other members knew that it's already negative by nature, yet tried their best to channel it positively & entertainingly.
some people defend him by saying it's "his character", but as a dedicated viewer, i can tell what is intentional from him as a character & him as a natural man off-screen.

He always wants special treatment or makes excuses for himself. Not sure if it is an on-screen personality crafted by the production team, but not a likeable character.

i'm not in the place to judge how seok jin is to jae seok's life, but i don't disregard their long friendship. i'm only saying Seok Jin as a person, regardless if he has close ties with other members or not.
it's not to say he is a totally bad person as well because for example, as much as Jae Seok jokes about "regretting matchmaking Seok Jin & Seok Jin's wife" , that's one of the many examples i know is purely for comedic content because if Seok Jin was a completely bad person, he wouldn't be married & even have a child.
Just my opinion, but I liked how bo pil pd told somin that she didnβt had to finish the capsaicin thing.. it shows that he cares for them and doesnβt force them to do things ππ»

I've been a fan of RM ever since and I usually don't really mind JSJ antics but I kinda admit it was a bit much forcing Somin to eat a really salty food knowing she just consumed the spicy one esp since Koreans seems like they can have upset stomach easily.

those who know or follow RM for that long, understood JSJ behaviour. Though he's a bit too much forcing Somin to finish it all but he, himself cannot do it, i still find it funny and hilarious . But this is not the only scene he's being like that though. He treat them like a real family. So, chill. Sometimes i feel bad for him, he is quite old but still there to entertain us with his jokes. At least, he talked a lot and make a lot of funny scenes in RM.

Loved watching all episodes my favorite korean tv variety show.
What jsj had was inedible. Too salty is worse than spicier even though you can't handle spicy foods, but they are still edible. Poor grandpa π
The difference is that the spicy food is more solid and harder to consume, while the salty pudding is so much easier to consume since you donβt have to chew it. Regardless this scene is funny and while JSJ was being annoying, his apology to Sominβs mom was really funny.
i hope the people who talked bad about jsj here and those who got annoyed has the same sentiments and energy whenever ji suk jin becomes the center of neverending teasing. one thing i love about this grandpa is he got great patience when the other members tend to tease and made fun of his age. a fan even asked how he was able to manage it (episode 600).also, you tend to forgot that he takes good care of other especially as how he compliments jihyo and somin. how he is proud of somin during the last quiz. you tend to generally hate this man immediately but forgot how he is a man in 50's still doing physical activities in running man.
they also talked about this segment in the recent ep and you can see he apologized even if it was in a hilarious manner.
IKR he's been on the show for a long time now despite being call names, bullied, disregard, ignored. I know it all meant to be a "joke" for the sake of the show but i bet you if it's anyone else in that age they definitely would've quit. jsj has a very strong will, same goes to jihyo.
Kwangsoo, JSJ ,Somin,JS Sechan ,Haha are the ones who are the most teased and often humiliated in RM. It's been like this for years. They are strong to put up with it. Sometimes fans or knetizens get annoyed on their behalf. I think they're fine with it as they're professional and willing to sacrifice their image for the show.

salty is much more difficult to eat though...that much salt is sincerely bad for you, while spiciness will only hurt but not cause any real damage.
