And so-called fans went at each other's throats in the name of the groups and I cannot imagine how disappointing this is to BTS and NCT. As a fan of both, I'm disappointed in both fandoms. It all comes down to the fact that humans tend to love tearing down others and putting an excuse on it that will never be respectable or realistic. I stay away from all fandoms because I simply don't do hive mentality and toxicity is not my cup of tea. The people who engaged in fanwars are neither nctzens nor army, in my opinion. They are just toxic randoms online who probably wanted to express their own bitterness and took the chance to do it in horrible ways. Their idols would be disappointed in them if they knew exactly what they have been saying. And I'm sure they know though they are not allowed to talk about it.
