Alfie is a kid diagnosed with cancer and is a huge KSI fan. KSI met the kid a while ago and i think that's the reason he left KRplus. On his twitter he put "learning", i think that meeting the kid was a real eye opener for KSI. He took a break because he was learning the true meaning of life, and that there's more to it than fame and money. As for the song and the lyrics, i think what he's trying to say is that people treat him (famous people in general) like creatures, like if they were something different when actually they're just normal people like us
