    ***Ingredients
    [Main Ingredients]
    2 eggplants
    [Minor Ingredients]
    0.5T of red pepper powder
    2T of soy sauce
    0.5T of allulose
    0.5T of sesame oil
    0.5T of minced garlic
    1T of chopped green onion
    1/4T of salt
    1T of sesame seeds
    ***Recipe
    1. Cut the 2 eggplants into two halves vertically and three halves horizontally.
    2. When the water boils, add eggplants and steam for 5 minutes.
    (You can put them in the microwave and heat them for 3 to 5 minutes.)
    3. Take out the eggplants and cool them down.
    4. Rip the eggplants into bite-sized pieces.
    5. Add 0.5T of red pepper powder, 2T of soy sauce, 0.5T of allulose, 0.5T of sesame oil, 0.5T of minced garlic, 1T of chopped green onion, 1/4T of salt, 1T of sesame seeds to the eggplants and mix.
