@@barstoolsandpowertools8617 For better or worse, MM/DD/YYYY is the standard date format in the US. Personally, I prefer YYYY-MM-DD because it's hierarchically descending, compatible with filenames, and sorts beautifully.

DD/MM/YYYY is the more logical approach, since Spock uses it (Maybe not). You need the most important imformation first, you already know what year it is, also most know the current month, but the day changes everyday! Imagine a airplane in an emergency radioing : Mayday, MAYDAY! We run out of macarroni to serve for dinner, also the rearmost WC is closed due to ... malfunctions, oh.. and we have run out of fuel.

Morning I guess they got hit by both the cold - saw it was low 20's there - and the rolling electrical blackouts to save power for the entire site. I saw the temps there and though wow this morning - this is on the border with Mexico and that cold into Mexico as well. Perhaps the cams froze up ? Too cold for this !

REASON FOR NERDLE CAM OUTAGE: Major rolling blackouts in the Boca Chica area today due to the frigid weather. Apparently, LabPadre's cameras and streaming equipment are all on public utility power systems, and affected by the blackouts. Remain faithful and calm. The cams will be back.

I liked the old bunch of hippy scientists staring at monitors on beaten up desks to this Hollywood makeover for Perseverance. The Voyager crews looked like they hadn't washed and were in an old office supplies cupboard.
I liked that they got kids involved. They are the future of space exploration. We need a lot of kids who want to be engineers and scientists so that we can eventually get to mars and push the boundries
