It might be true that she possesses all those skills but: the entrance in the scene is copied from Michael Jackson shows and she tries to sing a song which Liza Minelli has marked as the best amongst the ladies singer. On top of that her tuning in the high notes is not as should be by a professional singer of such a name. If she was really intelligent she would chose other songs, a different style approach and the proper tonality ! Simply she has not the voice and the style of Liza and therefore in this repertoire she is just a bad copy of hers; she is also light years far away from singer like Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan, Dinah Washington, Billie Holiday, Barbara Streisand, Judy Garland, Shirley Bassey, and so on; but perhaps behind all her attempts to perform everything and anything there is a huge media organization and producers business which pushes her to do so. everything would sound good with her voice.
She better with pop She is doing pop :P
She better be in history books and be celebrated five hundred years from now.
we're all gonna be dead, nobody is gonna know her 500 years from now...sorry
Grace Deng We people have destroyed the earth by then
Why celebrate her while alive?
Yes
um no one will remember any artist from now even 100 years from now lol, I don't think even mj, elvis, and the beatles will be remembered for FIVE HUNDRED YEARS. 100 at max.
The caliber of her performances are insane!
Tony Bennett knew he'd found an amaz ingly talented lady in her and a dear friend for life.
guys, guys.....please appriciate all forms of Gaga. Let her take us wherever she travels. She's so very much more than one snapshot called "the fame" or "born this way". Stop trying to freeze her in time....she's taking us all on this most amazing journey with her through her career. I am so very excited over any and all that she does. Love you, Gaga!!!
It really is a journey. Fascinating and exhilarating. Stay tuned, is the best advice, I'd say.
+doug thompson I couldn't agree with you more... she's multi mega talented... makes me laugh to think of those who thought she was a flash in the pan in the beginning. Some people observe with only their eyes, but close your eyes and listen. She writes so much of her own stuff and she plays instruments and she dances and entertains and her voice is perfection. I'm 60 years old and I know talent when I see and hear it regardless of the wrapping... and someday I'd love to see her in concert but I think I'd be afraid of all her little "monsters", lol!!
+doug thompson Born this way is an awesome song.
+doug thompson Same feelings here, fellow monster.
I love this comment, she once said in an interview "Me and my fans are like an amoeba moving through the vast genres of music" i will journey with her and enjoy every minute of it.
OMG that’s off the freaking charts! How good is this girl at this genre of music. More please Lady Gaga.
We are so lucky to have Lady Gaga! I'm a 66-year-old bigtime fan, ever since Born This Way!
Usted sabe de música señor, lo felicito.
The best voice of our generation
Many Money yup
LUIS ROBLEDO Amy is died, and no, lol
@LUIS ROBLEDO Her music still alive, but she passed away 6 years ago, very tragic
The most talented woman of my generation. Period.
I agree that!
with the shittiest David Bowie tribute known to all living beings
+g man tramp and how many David Bowie tribute performances have you seen? 💁🏻
True. She doesn't need surround because she can sing. Thank goodness for that
Preach
RESPECT!
Absolutely incredible.
In just the last few years, Lady Gaga has gained fans in just about every age group due to her work with Tony Bennett, her Oscars tribute to "The Sound of Music" and now her big-screen acting role in "A Star is Born." A remarkable run for any artist.
Plus her amazing performance at the Super Bowl!
......Not to mention, her rendition of the National Anthem at the Inauguration recently
I love how perfectly timed she was launched by that lift platform lol
Wut

Talented, kind, awesome singer, great songwriter! She is a legend! Love her!
THIS PERFORMANCE OF HERS OMG. I ALWAYS COME BACK TO REWATCH THIS MASTERPIECE
I wish she sticks with Jazz for a few years and then returns to pop. I love jazz and Gaga does it very well!
+mendo SYK she and tony will record second jazz album too ;)
She confirmed Cheek To Cheek isn't her last jazz album
+mendo SYK well she is a New Yorker, Jazz is in her soul. She knows how to deliver it
no thnx. Go listen to Cheek to Cheek on repeat tbh
No.
This generation doesnt deserve Lady Gaga.
I don’t know..I don’t question any blessing, I take it and thank God for it. Thank you God. Thank you Gaga.
JustSweetNothing0 Amen! God Bless 💕
We deserve her more than ever !!!! Cos while we don’t deserve her but she proves again and again that we need her more than ever !
yes this generation better have lady gagas voice. We need talent still. Only problem is she sometimes dresses and acts like this messed up generation. I liked her in A Star Is Born she was her natural self.
The blessing we need but don’t deserve 😭
She’s so awesome!! Is their anything she can’t sing , well with a voice like that no their isn’t!!
The most complete artist of this generation and you will deal!
she handled that little traffic jam with the dancer perfectly
to the point where I'm not sure if it was intentional or not
Nat Slogg true
it was, they had to do her performance twice due to technical difficulties and that happened both times (it was a common bit with Frank Sinatra)
Nat Slogg That was a very Frank Sinatra thing. 🙂 She was on character still... that was perfection. They couldn't have picked someone better to close with!
ladycalderone99 is there a KRplus example of sinatra doing it?
Probably, I only know about it because my Grandma told me tho (Frank Sinatra was way before my time)
She is qualified to sing this song because she is NYC born and raised. Such a good cover too.
Bitch Im from Texas and I still nail this song. 💅
Zefra Master nah
Have you even HEARD of Liza Minnelli?! She’s born in California and SLAYS the fucking song
Frank Sinatra is from New Jersey.
Frank did it WAY better.
This performance is giving me life.
Eres una CHINGONA Diosa @LadyGaga 🔥💪🏼🙌🏼❤️!!!
I like how she made this look effortless
as much as i enjoy her pop songs i really wish she would stick to this genre. she sounds so classy and rich
crazymnky99 I totally agree. Her voice is great for this genre of music.
She wouldn't be where she is right now if she hadn't done pop. So let's appreciate her genius :)
So please listen her album with Tony Bennett...
Ikr her voice is so 20 century it's so classic 😍. Career wise she's made the right choice though lol.
Gurl let her make bops in peace
I love her pose at the end of the performance. ❤
Is there any other artist like Lady Gaga that can cross over from one music and age genre to another..from queen of pop to queen of jazz to queen of plays. Your Julie Andrew tribute btw was amazing. Giving it back to you incomparable Lady Gaga!💐
She reminded me of Liza in this performance. Fantastic as always
Same here!
+Phillipe Ramos OMMMGGGG IIIIIII KNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
+Alessandro Grant Frangipane Germanotta Martinez woow haha ^_^
Not only she is a great singer, she is also an amazing performer...this what a true artist is.
Lady Gaga does it again..I always knew from the start how smart and talented this lady is..she's only getting started!!
A living legend
Jazz version of Jo Calderone. Still amazing!
+Karlo K I thought the same lmao #MTVStars Lady Gaga
+Karlo K thats frank sinatra lol
+Julio Hernandez its Frank Calderone
+Diego R. joe sinatra
Frank smiles every time this song is played. This is one hell of an artist! She totally is
30 seconds to the song and i already got goosebumps 💜💜💜💜
How have I never seen this before?! Speechless because I'm still trying to pick my mouth up from off of the floor.
Gaga is truly one of a kind - a once in a generation performer. Appreciate her art while we still can.
so much talent, elegance, fashion, power voice, personality, in one person
Lady Gaga my queen, our queen and woman of the year by Billboard.
Whats Next?
+Jack Bass an oscar and lg5 i hope
true.
I am happy for what comes of it.♥
What's next? Releasing live album of her every live performances.
Chang Li why not?
Gaga is the queen.
This and "I Wish" for her Stevie Wonder tribute is the most underrated performances.
The I wish performance is so good it's actually almost unreal. Her voice is just so perfect for that song and she hits every note so perfectly it's orgasmic. I don't know why so many people have never seen that performance
Lady can sing anything and sing it very Well !!!!!🥰💖😍🤩😘
She is simply the best! If our generation has a Cher, Barbara Steisand, Michael Jackson, maybe even Aretha it’s her! Not only can she sing like a goddess, but she has theatrical capabilities like no other! I CANNOT wait for her new album to drop!
Yep. Paws up!
Liza minelli est incontestablement meilleure...
Yep, and I also cannot wait to see her in "House of Gucci" on the big screen.
As a sinatra fan and expert myself I was so happy!!! She killed this! GAGA IS QUEEN
Tottaly
Lady Gaga has a lot of natural talent, which shines through since there are so many out there who don't and just got lucky.
