Economically, he has arguably been one of the biggest positive forces for the country and has done an excellent job in reducing poverty and elevating the lower classes. So in that respect, he has done significantly more for India than trump has for the US. However, I’d say the division he has fomented is at least as bad as what trump has done.
@@arjunkishore4080 the division in large part is politically motivated. In a country as diverse and as populous as India, incidents of intolerance have been happening for centuries. I have not heard PM Modi say or do anything that stokes intolerance or violence.
