Um....trump did have a plan. Him and Pence said to shut down travel from countries with the virus. At the time it was mostly in the China region. It was the Democrats and the ACLU who called it racist and opened the borders up again. Then fast forward a year and those same people are asking why didnt trump close the boarders.
Plus it was California that is Democrat that had all those million people corona parties in the desert.
And wasnt the mayor of New York who is Democrat given an award for his actions during the pandemic.
