All the bears in this video are opportunistic omnivores and will greedily eat you even if you play dead, always be as big and loud as you can, keep facing it and back away being loud and big. If it decides to attack anyway you may find various routes to defending yourself. Remember that survival for them is an energy game, if you are too dangerous or appear to be too much risk for the reward of food it may choose to leave you be.
