Sakura is my bias and she's very charismatic and gets along with everyone.
Kazuha seems to be shy because she's still learning but I can see that she talks well when she does, it's just that it takes time. She still have a lot of room to grow

Ps: a variation is like basically a solo that ballet dancers do inside a whole ballet (ex: we have those long ballets but during those some main/ lead dancers can dance small solos which are known as variations in the ballet community… But there are also variations that doesn’t necessarily come from a “full ballet”. And btw this one she’s doing (Esmeralda) is from the ballet “La Esmeralda” which was inspired on the famous novel “The Hunchback of Notre-Dame” (by Victor Hugo) so she’s pretty much that beautiful French gypsy girl (and I would say this character has one of my favorite ballet tutu’s styles)!!!
