Pork 500g
Salt, pepper
Mayonez (Polish suggested) 1 small jar
Onion 1 medium size
Cheese - about 100g
Serve with mashed potato.

This simplified version is called "French Pork" or "Meat a la French" here because the original recipe was made by the French chef Urbain Dubois for the Russian noble Alexey Orloff. The "international" name of the full dish is *"Veau Orloff".*

What cheese did you use?
@Amanda use emental cheesd. You know the one whos bright yellow and have holes in it. Most common one. Usually the one you use with pasta. Do not use cheddar, it'll take all the taste of the meat away and wont be very good overall. Hope i helped even tho im late
Knowing I use Cheddar cheese on sandwiches, I can confirm that it can overpower some of the meat that you use.

I would disagree ever soo slighty. Im Canadian and the best Mayo I know is Polish one, but a very special one! Since Kapitalist want us to eat Miracle whip *puke* we got to import it from slavic country, by using a old, cramped and rusty red coldwar submarine to get past the mayo police... But this end up giving special flavor to Mayo, unique to each subs.... I prefer to get it from the 10 june 1947 batch ( of submarines.)

You can eat tons of proper fats and it even can have protective properties for heart. Look for example at keto based diets research data. They eat butter, pork, cheese, eggs, and yes - mayonese. Cardiovascular parameters gets even better. So do Your research because You're still in past century repeating outdated Ancel Keys research which was proven inaccurate and shows research bias. Recent research shows that there's no proven link between fats, especially saturated fast and CVD diseases.

Reminds me of a Cauliflower recipe my mom used to make. Mayo and mustard mix covering a whole cauliflower head, covered in cheese and cooked in the oven. When its done you can slice it like a cake.
