I think it looks a little too shiny, but maybe that's just me? other than that it looks really really cool!
That was the only thing I'd have personally changed There are brush on and spray on matte finishes that could have been added to everything but the mouth/ nose/eye areas. This would have created a mix of softer skin tones and wet looking areas. The horns I would have finished with a satin that would have a moderated sheen.
Again, that's personal taste, but it's something I've done in my projects at home. I made a skull based plague doctor mask where the bone is matted out, the teeth are semi-gloss, and the mechanical bits are full gloss. It helps add texture play to something that would just be somewhat shiny all over if just painted in normal acrylic.
Yep, that was my only criticism with this. The mask was amazing apart from that
Totally agree with you, the shine just made it look super cheap and plastic-e. Besides that, the construction and everything look amazing.
Moral of the story: get a 3D printer.
I'm still convinced that whoever decided that goats are "evil" had never actually met a goat. They are cuddly and adorable and get stuck in fences because they are more curious than they are clever. Goofy eyed blobs on stilts. :3

i'm 100% sure that at the time humans chose an animal to represent the devil, this is what they saw in goats.

The mask looks exactly like the serie! Only personally i think it is a bit too shiny which makes it look more fake. Still a amazing job because i can't make stuff like this!

Ohh it looks really amazing! Though I'm sad that it was 3D printed because it means I can't apply anything from the modeling/sculpturing part of the video for my own mask making projects, bummer! I really liked what you did with the fur though and the ibex horns gave the costume a great look!
I agree 😔 I was going to say..."no wonder why you had no problem getting it done in a week!" I was so impressed that they got something that amazing done in a week...then they said 3D printed and I went "ohhhhhh". Yes, it still looks amazing...but I too am sad.

You make it look so easy. The best thing about the 3D printer method for mask masking is that it'll be lighter than a mask created with a frame. But since it's hollow, I'd worry about it cracking like an egg shell if it were mishandled or knocked into.

Youd have to create it yourself.
It looks great, though if I have one smallish opinion it's that it's too shiny. Maybe a coat of a semi-matte/semi-gloss on the face and a matter coat on the horns would take away that plastic look?
