I and several of my friends are recently really suffering from life's seemingly endless challenges and a couple of us just "discovered" Lizzo (OK, sorry late train, but I'm not in the core demo). Damn, I have found my spirit angel. Sure go to the therapy, but if you are looking for concentrated messages of self-love and hope feelings, delivered with such authenticity and creativity, I just don't think you can do better than her. I cannot NOT smile every damn time I watch this and feel just a little bit better about myself and us humans as a whole.
