My dad had depression and ended up taking his life when I was 14. His depression kept getting worse because he was always traveling for work and he could never get a day off. He also only got to see my two younger siblings, my mom, and I, 1 to 3 times a year and it was driving him crazy. What I'm trying to say is that you should take a break when ever you think you need one, to get lots of sleep, spend time with family or friends or because your just tired and that thing can be bad but they can also get better. Hope every one who reads this knows that life is a gift and that you shouldn't throw it all away! Also know that whatever you do has an effect on everyone around you. If you die and you think it ended your pain, you just made all those people around you start feeling the pain of you being gone and that they could've done something to help. Hope everyone who has depression finds some help, realizes they are not alone and gets through it safely.
