Fildza Nabila, mainstream girl groups are those GGs that are like converse shoes. A lot of people wear them. It's too COMMON.
Like being a kpop fan, you can go ask 20 people which groups they know and maybe 17 or 18 of them will name a certain group/s. Same with bandwagons, they only know these specific groups as they are too mainstreem, over exposed, too popular, even to the point that non kpop fans know about them because they're everywhere. Mainstream is a word you can use with everything. Knowing it's true meaning would need no explanation once in use. (I'm not being rude)
