I recently dropped all multi-player games and I've never been happier gaming. As much as I loved rocket league and apex, they took a toll mentally that singleplayer games kinda cured. They're just as fun and never get stale, there's always something new to experience.
On the multiplayer vs single player debate, I gotta say I feel way better when I do a cool play or win in multiplayer but get so triggered when I constantly keep dying, whereas in single player I feel pretty calm and chill the whole time no matter what happens and just appreciate what the developers for that game has made and don’t try to sweat at it.

I mean MW3 should've been better than it ended up being. The game was rushed and very little new things were added outside of the absolutely outstanding campaign. I love it to pieces, but I won't pretend like the multiplayer didn't have some issues. Not sure why tf this guy called it a bad game though, man's smokin' that goofy-ass pack.
Black/white and black/white 2 are some of the best games in the series, emerald is great too but its crazy unbalanced, in bw you can literally use whatever Pokémon you want and do kind of well if you know what you’re doing, emerald has the unbalanced pre physical special split not to mention grinding in earlier game took literally ages meanwhile and bw you fight a few audinos and ur ready for the next gym
Hot take: Pros/Streamers ruin a game for the majority of casual players. The skill cap is rising so quickly because of pros that normal players can't keep up and get frustrated. That's why we remember the early seasons of Apex, Fortnite and Warzone as such fun times because we all sucked. There was not real meta and not much sweat. PS: this is not someones fault but more like a natural process
@@webe7x93 Creative for me was the ONLY reason i played fortnite. No matter what players would improve even without. the reason fortnite got bad for me was ping diff not skill diff. getting walls taken was so awful. i was on 30 ping but that was too much even
8:09 this is definitely kind of a scrubby take, zoning is a fundamental part of fighting games and Street Fighter laid the foundation of using projectiles in fighting games. I understand not liking projectile spam, but its still a valid tactic
If projectiles didn’t exist. There wouldn’t even be meaningful battles at long range. There wouldn’t even be a point to create distance beyond the range of their limbs.
@@lezenwell i think it’s supposed the other way around. Zoners and ryu types have an advantage against rushdown characters but if they get a knockdown, zoners are at a disadvantage
7:43 i dont just play apex for the movement, i play it because its a very fun class-based one too. its always fun to have multiple characters to choose from each one having different abilities and strategies used to win, and its not just about the mobility
7:48 now actually, the hadoken (and projectiles in general) are one of the most important thing in any fighting game. if it was brainless it would have no end lag or counters, it isn’t made for damage to hp but to the opponents mental hp getting them annoyed and forcing them to make risky and often poor plays putting you in a advantageous position
New/buffed guns aren’t toxic or bad, sure some weapons like the L-star are op and so is the rampage, but you can’t really hate people for using it, you can’t cancel it out, metas change overtime, don’t expect the same guns/ character from day 1 to always be meta, metas change so stop clowning players for using it
l star isnt op any more, its just on part whit the r301.the rampag e isnt op aslo .the fact thats its the only usbel real lmg its the reason people use it
l star is r-301 but annoying for enemies and lots of ammo for one round, but it's less accurate and bad far range Rampage is very good, outclassed by some guns with better fire rates like the flatline. It's a very good gun, excels at all ranges and situations with a very big mag and high dps. It's balanced because of the fire rate.
L star is way better than 301 bigger mag,way more damage,doesn’t need to be reloaded and the 301 is like the most balanced weapon and the L-star is amazing at long range maybe better than 301 what are you on about use l star 3x with purple barrel and you’ll see

New Assasins Creed games dubbed down on parkour like crazy but the ezio is awesome! You can press up but by far the fastest route is way more complicated. Its accessible but deep. Awesome.
10:54 I have to disagree tbh, with games people constantly want more people to play the game to keep it alive, whereas in stuff like Animè (I don’t watch animè so this isn’t really my point, I’m just reiterating another point I’ve heard) people who have been long term animè fans tend to gatekeep animè and say that the new people who started watching it recently are trend hoppers. Music is much less toxic unless it’s Kpop tho
Depends who you are, I'm sure people love creative but think about it like this, when you build something big in creative, if you did that in survival, you would be 100x more proud of it, take things like hermitcraft and scicraft, sure if they did there builds in creative it would still be amazing but for them to do it in survival is even crazier
Infinite Warfare is my favorite zombies mainly because it's when I first got introduced to Call of Duty. Also it's just so easy to hop on and enjoy a chill high rounds on shaolin shuffle or any other map. Sure the multiplayer is far gone and dead, but all it was most of the time was campers, melee weapons in a small room, or venom-x spam (at least in my experience). The campaign made me sad around the end but otherwise it was fun and enjoyable to play through multiple times.
Hot Take: We all play the same Game. Controller, Mouse n Key, don’t matter. Period. Blisk said it best “You win you are BETTER, I win I am BETTER” 95% of the time this is the reality. Don’t make excuses, Make a better play.

I have to agree I grew up on one RTS in fact the only video game my whole family loves and it is C&C Generals zero hour RTS games are just amazing and I have to say moment shooters as well
Hot take, skill based match making is a very good idea at it's core but almost impossible to execute probably, the idea of skill based matching takes a new player and makes the game easier while slowly more challenging as the player gets better which can help stop newer players from being turned away by sweats and people that are leagues better than them that they have to play with regardless. Point based ranked modes are a great idea but when you put that casual mode in there it throws it all out the window because good players have the option to face there skill level or dominate in a casual game. but if we make a game completely ranked base we still have a smurfing problem or good players just dropping ranks only to dominate in a lower rank. To make a game cater to the newer players and the pros we need an very very good skill based match making system which has ranked built into it, in short you face your skill regardless of your rank. Then again this is just my idea of a good skill based multiplayer game
Though I do agree that Black and White isn't the best Pokèmon game, I disagree to the fact that it's Emerald. Platinum for me was the best, it has everything Emerald does but better also Cynthia. But if we're talking story wise, it goes to B2/W2
Personally I loved the original, red, blue, along with yellow and emerald much more then something black and white I just found the speed meta more fun then how grindy it got Though everyone using jolteon kinda got old but im a 1980's kid so what do I know
I feel like Halo 3 had one of the best TTK's imo it just felt balanced and you had enough time to react if you had weapons like shotguns or snipers if you were getting shot at by someone who just spawned but not to the point where you couldn't kill that person if they had a better gun. It was fundamentally just about who had better aim at that point, or better positioning/dodging and every kill just felt rewarding.
Indie games are just more innovative, so even 'the most mediocre indie game' has more to show than your newest AAA using the same shooting mechanics from 10 years ago, except worse because then it was actually pretty fun.
Pokemon Emerald was a fine game at the time but it has a lot of flaws like not implementing the physical/special split when it had the chance, still not including all the Gen 3 Pokemon in the region, endless surfing and encounters (which is mind numbing) and a tonne of abilities that were badly implemented at the time. Gen 4 and 5 smoothed out all those edges and delivered on some of the best pixel art for an RPG at the time with really dynamic abilities and subsequently metagames imo. Gen 3 did a lot right on the first try but it wasn't until Gen 5 where we got the cumulation of all of Gamefreak's talent at the time both on an artistic and a design level (until they went to 3D and ruined everything).
It's more movement than parkour. I mean you can run across a whole building on a wall in 2 seconds and bhop, so. It's not that realistic. Tf2 is still the best game ever tho
Haven't played revelations but played Unity and the free running feature is pretty smooth but if Revelations us better than congrats to revelations I guess 🤷♂️😂
Alien isolation is one, if not the best horror game ever released. The Alien's AI is one of best AI ever made in history and that's what keeps the game oppressive, I played a lot of horror games but none of them made me more scared than Alien isolation, there was sometimes where I legit just couldn't continue or I would have an heart attack just because of the Alien roaming around the station (and not because of jumpscares). It's pretty sad that the game has been forgotten by some people.
Hot Take: I honestly don’t think that they are ever going to release a GTA 6. Mainly because they’re always focusing on releasing new updates for GTA Online and also they released a new bundle for GTA 1 through 3 and I feel like they’re just going to keep remaking one through five before they even get close to doing anything with 6. They haven’t released a new GTA in 8 years! They are even talking about remaking RDR! That’s just my opinion.. also the GTA games peaks in GTA 3!
I like what you said about Minecraft. It really does reflect the player, and if you quit after two minutes, the chances of us having an interesting conversation are pretty low.
Mokey, as a representative of the Battlefield fandom, everyone agrees with you (except maybe for the bf1 war stories and even some of them aren’t great)
I don’t understand how the Hadouken can be the worst. It rounds out certain characters like Ryu more so they don’t get shut out, and you can’t just throw it out, because iirc blocking will get you some super, so just standing there and chucking Hadoukens could actually be more harmful, in reality it’s a solid projectile that you can time and space well to help in neutral and create an opening. Also honestly Fortnite is heavily flawed when it comes down to shooting for one reason: bloom. You’re basically punished for trying to shoot a longer ranges for extended periods which is so weird and makes it feel clunky, and caters to a shotgun meta more since they have no bloom so you just build like crazy and get up close to others.
I like cod ghost proply because that was the first cod game I've played and I have memories of playing the mode were u survive from computers with my friend
In my personal opinion, I actually liked the Battlefield 1 campaign. I think the concept of having war stories in a game about a war that affected so many was a good idea. Obviously you can disagree.
Battlefield 1 was only Battlefield i played and i really agree with this my fav was either friends in high places or nothing is written (kind of baised cuz im arabian)
T.L.D.R: every cod game is good, some people just like some more than others. I would agree with the guy that said there are no bad cod games. They all have redeeming qualities. Mw3 finished off the mw storyline with charecters like sandman and pivotal events like soap dying. Along with expanding the spec ops game mode with survival and more missions and the multiplayer was more tame, but still fun. Ghosts was very hated but definitely over hated. The campaign was kick ass with some really good emotional scenes and good level design and art direction. Extinction was an interesting take on the third mode that was fun for some but not for others. And the multiplayer was really innovation al with a different take on classes, and bigger maps but a shorter ttk. Infinite warfare had another really good campaign, with a new take on a main character Reyes, who is the highest ranking character in the series. And Ethan. Zombies in space land was a top 10 zombies maps of all time with really fun new machanics and cool wonder weapons. But the multiplayer was definitely a step down from bo3. Bo4 didn’t have a campaign but the story was interesting and and the twist at the end was really shocking with Jessica mason being specter from bo3. Blackout was a good take on br with the specialist abilities. The zombies mode was really good for newer players with really good maps like nine and classified . And multiplayer has some of the best gunplay in the series, with a balenced ttk. WW2 now is a completely different story from launch. The campaign is arguably the best of all time. With heart gripping moments, deaths of friends, and a really good plot twist and Daniels reason for fighting. The multiplayer is really good now and with actual menus and some actually good maps like Gustav cannon and U.S.S Texas. And especially the zombies mode. It’s a really fun time and it recreates the older zombies mode charm really well for me. And the Easter egg is laid out for players. Allowing newer player to complete the Easter egg. Along with the super ee fir curious players with extra steps, and more rewards.
While I love Apex and it’s the main game I play, I really hate that it’s a battle Royale Almost the entire gaming is spent looking for teams and then dying because the whole lobby all appears to third party you It just feel like you can’t have fun and still win sometimes
i don't agree with cod stopping once ghosts dropped. bo3 brought me and alot of my friends back and until mw 2019 campaign, it gave me a feeling that no other game has like uncharted 4 or older cod games like iw's campaign which was the only good coming out of iw
I think consoles slow down innovation in gaming since they're forcing people to sit on one generation for a long time. A lot of games these days are made with older consoles in mind, which doesn't allow the developer to fully focus on new technologies or more powerful hardware.
Ok the Minecraft one is kinda true for me but that's cos I've already done it a hundred times and building a base/ grinding for diamonds doesn't have the same appeal to me anymore. Ik there's new content but the base game itself stayed relatively be similar. Playing with friends is a different story tho.
9:10 I feel like depending on the type of person you are, Minecraft can be boring. If your a very imaginative person that can find fun ways to work around everything it throws at you, it’s fun. But if your someone who doesn’t have that big of a thought when you try and do something or even get overwhelmed with the materials it gives you, you’ll find it boring.
i would agree Halo ODST i feel had a better campaign than Reach even if it felt short. However ODST would prob maintain itself at least above 4 and 5 for me. Firefight i feel devolved from Reach and ODST is the better firefight.
My hot take is that fortnite was/is a good game,the building and the editing mechanics are unique,watching pros with unbelievable skill and speed is realy fun and interesting,the gameplay is solid(except random spread on assault rifles),the community sucks,it is a shitshow full of toxic pros and people who take themselves waaaay too seriously,and the game kinda became a collaborationfest with sometimes random,unnecessary colaborations that don't fit into the game and some skins are actually pay to advantage(?) where a skin would legitamately be unseeable which they had to ban for tournaments but also are allowed in the competitive mode even at the top level for some reason,the servers get laggy in stacked lobbies' lategame and having low/zero ping is way too much of an advantage during fights
The original concept for fortnite was quite possibly the best video game concept out there, building bases, fighting for dominion, with a wide weapon variety... But it was ruined when people started using the building mechanic in the "wrong" way. The game quickly became Toxic and too fast passed... I feel like if the comunity just used building for bases and cover, the game would hold up for many more years.

It's funny to me how the hadoken person said it was the worst move, they are made to check patience and chip away health. Calling them brainless to me means that he never took took the game seriously in the first place. I understand though if he was talking netherrealm games because for some reason, most projectiles are plus.
The lstar buff you may or may not have caused was stupid. I used to love the lstar, because it was an in-your-face if-I-pull-the-trigger-your-insides-get-melted kinda gun, but then they buffed it, but I don’t love it as much because they changed the identity of it form a super sprayer to a mid range beam. Also I kinda agree with monophobia. The first minutes of the game I’m like “ima build a cool house and go get diamonds” but I just find the game so boring after 1 5 minute mining trip. Just doesn’t have the same pace as shooters, so it’s hard to play survival games for an extended amount of time without getting bored.
Alright I have two hot takes, and y’all probably are going to hate me for them: 1. Lego Batman 2: DC Super heroes is better than any Star Wars lego game, including the Complete Saga 2. Halo is an ok shooter (although keep in mind I love Titanfall 2, and the movement just seems so slow in Halo, as well as the controls aren’t that good)
my hot take is that susus amoungus is a not a good game and the only reason it blew up so much is because of the interactions you may have with your friends while playing.
Hot Take: Not enough people know about or play Brawlhalla. It's a great indie platform fighter that in some regards, is better than smash bros. I've been playing it for 2 years and it doesn't get stale. It has crossovers with other large games or shows (TMNT, Rayman, Kung Fu Panda). It's honestly a great game and is severely underated.
I just started playing Skyrim 2 months ago and sure it has a lot of cons but there is no way it is boring and of course there might be better RPG's out there but Skyrim still holds up
I mean, I generally don't have opinions about things, because I focus on what it is, and not what it should be. Unless it is supper bad or glitchy like Cyberpunk.
People who own a pc will always trash talk people who have a console and say “you do not run 120 or even you do not run 60fps”. Some people do not have the money or would rather play exclusive games, smash, god of war, Zelda. Not saying all people just a lot
Honestly anything a pc player says to me as a console player doesnt get to me at all because i know for a fact that 90% of them havent touched a blade of grass in the last week
Apex got boring. It had a certain charm in the first few seasons, but after season 6 or so, it just got boring. There was no improvements made to the core mechanics, gun balancing is terrible, and the only thing new seasons offer is a mediocre legend with a mediocre map. It's not just Apex, it happened to Fortnite, Warzone,etc. TLDR: Most battle royale games don't do innovation of any kind
I never really played Viva piñata because I have had minecraft since I was 6 which was also when I got the 360 so me and my little brother used to play minecreft 24-7 so never really played anything else until I was like 7
Hot Take: The Pokémon Games are fine as they are, we are not the demographic anymore. They should be easy and they should be simple to pick up. Our time ended when the switch came out, people just need to grow out of a kids game.
I personally really enjoyed Battlefield's Campaigns. Recently replayed and enjoyed BF4 and am replaying BF3. Their Campaign's just feel very real and believable. While still bringing HUGE stakes!!! Anyone else feel the same way?
BF3 had a good campaign in my opinion but BF4 probably has one of the most garbage campaigns in the whole franchise, the ending wasn't even that great and stealth isn't even an option as you would always get into firefights
@@thatsledgehammerguyfromr649 I see what you mean. But personally I really enjoy the characters of bf4. How Irish and Hannah's relationship unfolds and the classy opening with Total Eclipse of the Heart playing. And seeing more Dima was pretty cool too! Just an Iconic time for me.
Pokémon emerald is the best game. Some of the most iconic Pokémon came out, abilities came out, the graphic update from gold and silver to the game to advanced is amazing. Some of the best town music rivaling even black and white, best box cover legends, the animated shorts of kyoger and Groupon fighting was fucking awesome, rayquaza is one of the coolest Pokémon ever, and the story is so underrated and misunderstood. It also has the best post game

Depends who you are, I'm sure people love creative but think about it like this, when you build something big in creative, if you did that in survival, you would be 100x more proud of it, take things like hermitcraft and scicraft, sure if they did there builds in creative it would still be amazing but for them to do it in survival is even crazier

Infinite Warfare is my favorite zombies mainly because it's when I first got introduced to Call of Duty. Also it's just so easy to hop on and enjoy a chill high rounds on shaolin shuffle or any other map. Sure the multiplayer is far gone and dead, but all it was most of the time was campers, melee weapons in a small room, or venom-x spam (at least in my experience). The campaign made me sad around the end but otherwise it was fun and enjoyable to play through multiple times.

Hot take, skill based match making is a very good idea at it's core but almost impossible to execute probably, the idea of skill based matching takes a new player and makes the game easier while slowly more challenging as the player gets better which can help stop newer players from being turned away by sweats and people that are leagues better than them that they have to play with regardless. Point based ranked modes are a great idea but when you put that casual mode in there it throws it all out the window because good players have the option to face there skill level or dominate in a casual game. but if we make a game completely ranked base we still have a smurfing problem or good players just dropping ranks only to dominate in a lower rank. To make a game cater to the newer players and the pros we need an very very good skill based match making system which has ranked built into it, in short you face your skill regardless of your rank. Then again this is just my idea of a good skill based multiplayer game

I feel like Halo 3 had one of the best TTK's imo it just felt balanced and you had enough time to react if you had weapons like shotguns or snipers if you were getting shot at by someone who just spawned but not to the point where you couldn't kill that person if they had a better gun. It was fundamentally just about who had better aim at that point, or better positioning/dodging and every kill just felt rewarding.

Pokemon Emerald was a fine game at the time but it has a lot of flaws like not implementing the physical/special split when it had the chance, still not including all the Gen 3 Pokemon in the region, endless surfing and encounters (which is mind numbing) and a tonne of abilities that were badly implemented at the time.
Gen 4 and 5 smoothed out all those edges and delivered on some of the best pixel art for an RPG at the time with really dynamic abilities and subsequently metagames imo. Gen 3 did a lot right on the first try but it wasn't until Gen 5 where we got the cumulation of all of Gamefreak's talent at the time both on an artistic and a design level (until they went to 3D and ruined everything).
Bo3 was good because it was, what I think is the prime of xbox and having youtubers like merkmusic made things soooooo nostalgic

Alien isolation is one, if not the best horror game ever released. The Alien's AI is one of best AI ever made in history and that's what keeps the game oppressive, I played a lot of horror games but none of them made me more scared than Alien isolation, there was sometimes where I legit just couldn't continue or I would have an heart attack just because of the Alien roaming around the station (and not because of jumpscares). It's pretty sad that the game has been forgotten by some people.

Hot Take: I honestly don’t think that they are ever going to release a GTA 6. Mainly because they’re always focusing on releasing new updates for GTA Online and also they released a new bundle for GTA 1 through 3 and I feel like they’re just going to keep remaking one through five before they even get close to doing anything with 6. They haven’t released a new GTA in 8 years! They are even talking about remaking RDR! That’s just my opinion.. also the GTA games peaks in GTA 3!

I don’t understand how the Hadouken can be the worst. It rounds out certain characters like Ryu more so they don’t get shut out, and you can’t just throw it out, because iirc blocking will get you some super, so just standing there and chucking Hadoukens could actually be more harmful, in reality it’s a solid projectile that you can time and space well to help in neutral and create an opening.
Also honestly Fortnite is heavily flawed when it comes down to shooting for one reason: bloom. You’re basically punished for trying to shoot a longer ranges for extended periods which is so weird and makes it feel clunky, and caters to a shotgun meta more since they have no bloom so you just build like crazy and get up close to others.
Hot take: advance warfare isn’t bad it is just got crapped on by the bad Activision games that came out around that too

In my personal opinion, I actually liked the Battlefield 1 campaign. I think the concept of having war stories in a game about a war that affected so many was a good idea. Obviously you can disagree.
Battlefield 1 was only Battlefield i played and i really agree with this my fav was either friends in high places or nothing is written (kind of baised cuz im arabian)
T.L.D.R: every cod game is good, some people just like some more than others. I would agree with the guy that said there are no bad cod games. They all have redeeming qualities. Mw3 finished off the mw storyline with charecters like sandman and pivotal events like soap dying. Along with expanding the spec ops game mode with survival and more missions and the multiplayer was more tame, but still fun. Ghosts was very hated but definitely over hated. The campaign was kick ass with some really good emotional scenes and good level design and art direction. Extinction was an interesting take on the third mode that was fun for some but not for others. And the multiplayer was really innovation al with a different take on classes, and bigger maps but a shorter ttk. Infinite warfare had another really good campaign, with a new take on a main character Reyes, who is the highest ranking character in the series. And Ethan. Zombies in space land was a top 10 zombies maps of all time with really fun new machanics and cool wonder weapons. But the multiplayer was definitely a step down from bo3. Bo4 didn’t have a campaign but the story was interesting and and the twist at the end was really shocking with Jessica mason being specter from bo3. Blackout was a good take on br with the specialist abilities. The zombies mode was really good for newer players with really good maps like nine and classified . And multiplayer has some of the best gunplay in the series, with a balenced ttk. WW2 now is a completely different story from launch. The campaign is arguably the best of all time. With heart gripping moments, deaths of friends, and a really good plot twist and Daniels reason for fighting. The multiplayer is really good now and with actual menus and some actually good maps like Gustav cannon and U.S.S Texas. And especially the zombies mode. It’s a really fun time and it recreates the older zombies mode charm really well for me. And the Easter egg is laid out for players. Allowing newer player to complete the Easter egg. Along with the super ee fir curious players with extra steps, and more rewards.

I think consoles slow down innovation in gaming since they're forcing people to sit on one generation for a long time. A lot of games these days are made with older consoles in mind, which doesn't allow the developer to fully focus on new technologies or more powerful hardware.

My hot take is that fortnite was/is a good game,the building and the editing mechanics are unique,watching pros with unbelievable skill and speed is realy fun and interesting,the gameplay is solid(except random spread on assault rifles),the community sucks,it is a shitshow full of toxic pros and people who take themselves waaaay too seriously,and the game kinda became a collaborationfest with sometimes random,unnecessary colaborations that don't fit into the game and some skins are actually pay to advantage(?) where a skin would legitamately be unseeable which they had to ban for tournaments but also are allowed in the competitive mode even at the top level for some reason,the servers get laggy in stacked lobbies' lategame and having low/zero ping is way too much of an advantage during fights

The original concept for fortnite was quite possibly the best video game concept out there, building bases, fighting for dominion, with a wide weapon variety... But it was ruined when people started using the building mechanic in the "wrong" way. The game quickly became Toxic and too fast passed...
I feel like if the comunity just used building for bases and cover, the game would hold up for many more years.

It's funny to me how the hadoken person said it was the worst move, they are made to check patience and chip away health. Calling them brainless to me means that he never took took the game seriously in the first place. I understand though if he was talking netherrealm games because for some reason, most projectiles are plus.
The lstar buff you may or may not have caused was stupid. I used to love the lstar, because it was an in-your-face if-I-pull-the-trigger-your-insides-get-melted kinda gun, but then they buffed it, but I don’t love it as much because they changed the identity of it form a super sprayer to a mid range beam.
Also I kinda agree with monophobia. The first minutes of the game I’m like “ima build a cool house and go get diamonds” but I just find the game so boring after 1 5 minute mining trip. Just doesn’t have the same pace as shooters, so it’s hard to play survival games for an extended amount of time without getting bored.
Alright I have two hot takes, and y’all probably are going to hate me for them:
1. Lego Batman 2: DC Super heroes is better than any Star Wars lego game, including the Complete Saga
2. Halo is an ok shooter (although keep in mind I love Titanfall 2, and the movement just seems so slow in Halo, as well as the controls aren’t that good)

Hot Take: Not enough people know about or play Brawlhalla. It's a great indie platform fighter that in some regards, is better than smash bros. I've been playing it for 2 years and it doesn't get stale. It has crossovers with other large games or shows (TMNT, Rayman, Kung Fu Panda). It's honestly a great game and is severely underated.

The CoD skill cap is so large, if you're and average player, you have to buy the newest the second it comes out to keep up with people.
Apex got boring. It had a certain charm in the first few seasons, but after season 6 or so, it just got boring. There was no improvements made to the core mechanics, gun balancing is terrible, and the only thing new seasons offer is a mediocre legend with a mediocre map. It's not just Apex, it happened to Fortnite, Warzone,etc.
TLDR: Most battle royale games don't do innovation of any kind

I personally really enjoyed Battlefield's Campaigns. Recently replayed and enjoyed BF4 and am replaying BF3. Their Campaign's just feel very real and believable. While still bringing HUGE stakes!!! Anyone else feel the same way?
BF3 had a good campaign in my opinion but BF4 probably has one of the most garbage campaigns in the whole franchise, the ending wasn't even that great and stealth isn't even an option as you would always get into firefights

Pokémon emerald is the best game. Some of the most iconic Pokémon came out, abilities came out, the graphic update from gold and silver to the game to advanced is amazing. Some of the best town music rivaling even black and white, best box cover legends, the animated shorts of kyoger and Groupon fighting was fucking awesome, rayquaza is one of the coolest Pokémon ever, and the story is so underrated and misunderstood. It also has the best post game
