์์ค ์ฝ๋
- ๊ฒ์์ผ 2020. 12. 14.
- [With subtitles]
Hotteok is famous for street food in Korea.
It's fried in oil.
I baked it without oil and made it into bread.
You can freely change and apply the ingredients in the bread.
[8pieces /diameter 10cm]
โค bread dough
-300g bread flour
-30g sugar
-4g salt
-4g yeast
-1 egg
-160g of warm milk
-40 g butter at room temperature
โค Filling
-50g brown sugar
-30g Honey
-3g Cinnamon powder (can be omitted)
-40g Nut mix (pumpkin seeds, walnuts, peanuts)
-20g starch powder (any kind)
-150ml of water
โค TIP
-If you don't have nuts, you can omit it.
-Oven and airfryer are available. 180 degrees for 10 minutes (note that performance varies by oven)
(However, when baking, you need to lay paper foil on the bread and press it with an iron plate.)

Meeee๐โโ๏ธ
how I did it, I don't even know
a miracle

I see you've been here five days already, I just fell in while watching "soft chocolate cake, no eggs no oven". Then it was a gelatin cake, and then some crazy candied, crunchy fruit recipe called tanghulu?? I wasn't expecting the food ASMR. halp
Step 4: Beat that dough like it owes you money.
XD
@Your Destiny
its cooking what do you expect. the entire thing sorta revolves around time and patience..

I love that you used the same mixing bowl for the proofing dough. This is pure validation for my baking.
I'd love to try this with an apple filling, thanks for the inspiration!
That is a great idea. I will try with berry jam.

Me and my boyfriend are on a fast and losing weight so the fact this can use less oil and still be delicious (haven't made it yet but will tomorrow) is crazy to me too ๐ญ. Oh my... My heart dropped. I thought the egg was cracked and dropped right onto the table๐คฃ I didn't see the bowl. (Maybe I should put my glasses on๐คฃ)
There was a bowl? I didn't even question the table...
Step 1: Crack an egg onto the table.
Step 2: Good luck.

Also, this video is so relaxing. It's like ASMR. You could easily watch this to help calm your mind and sleep.
Thank you so much!!!
Or, I could just come to your house and stir a big pot of macaroni 2 inches from your ear... How in the ****ing world do people find this relaxing? I am so confused. Its like having a loud chewer eating food and inch from your face.
@@IndirectManifestatio First of all, there's no chewing or eating sounds at all. Second, if a benign comment already causes you to react like this, I can easily understand that something simple like this video doesn't do much to relax you...

I also left the dough in room temperature for 3 hours while I ran errands.
I did realize when I didn't put enough warm water under my dough it didn't rise quick enough within an hour and a half. Definitely prepare this way ahead of when you want to eat โค๏ธ definitely sunflower seeds or any seed that doesn't come from a nut would work fine if he's not allergic! Or just the brown sugar mixture too just add a little more mixture to each hotteok im sure would work. I'm about to try them tomorrow โค๏ธ already prepared the dough
