Hot pizza straight out of the oven is incomparable to the pizza you buy.
You can freely change the toppings you want,
The pizza sauce made with fresh tomatoes makes it even more delicious.
The bread is fluffy and soft.
Pizza dough is fermented and can be stored frozen (more than 3 months)
You can make tomato sauce and use it as a spaghetti sauce.
It is also good to make a lot when making.
It's really better than buying and eating, so make sure to make a homemade pizza.

✤ Pizza Dough
-150g Bread flour
-3g Salt (1tsp flat)
-6g Sugar (2tsp flat)
-4g Instant dry yeast (convexly 1tsp)
-100ml Warm water
-10g Olive oil (1tbsp)
✤ Tomato Sauce
-410g, 3Medium tomatoes
-1/3 Chopped onion
-1tbsp Minced garlic
-1tbsp Oregano (can be omiited)
-1tbsp Chopped basil (can be dried basil)
-40g (4tbsp) Olive oil
-30g(3tbsp) Ketchup(can be omitted)
-1-2pinches of salt (optional)
-1tsp Sugar (optional)
-Black pepper
✤ Topping
-210g Mozzarella cheese
-Chopped onion
-Green bell pepper
-Sweet corn
-Pepperoni
-Black olive
✤ TIP
-If ketchup is omitted, it has a fresh and healthy taste, and if ketchup is added, the taste is deeper.
-If ketchup is omitted, season with salt and adjust the sour taste with sugar.
-If ketchup is added, it is delicious even without salt and sugar.
-Use the ingredients you want, such as shrimp, roasted meat, and chicken for the topping.

Tried it today. I just used the recipe for the dough. It was super soft! I even left it a bit longer in the over so it burnt a bit from the side (by accident) but still the rest was super soft. Highly recommend

That has nothing to do with italian pizza, i am from napoli and for sure this tastes amazing and looks beautiful, but the tradition of the pizza is the beauty, not the taste. We have to make the difference. The neapolitan pizza is super thin and kinda crunchy, the mozarella, if its not from the buffallo, should at least be soft and milky and not hard as gouda. You tear the mozarella apart und dont cut it in order to remain the structure, so the juice keeps inside, etc etc.
But i think as an alternative, especially for people who like that thick kinda pizza, this will perfectly work

Yall this is one of the best pizza dough recipes and I’ve been using it ever since it was posted, I also add some dried herbs like oregano and basil to the dough ( I put them in the salt hole) and it tastes really good

@@Melanie-mv3fc If it gets too sticky to work with, just add a little more flour. Just keep in mind that pizza dough should be as sticky as possible.
