      P.S. Fun fact: astronauts don't actually eat astronaut ice cream. It was a marketing ploy.

      Well the barrier to entry is a lot higher with the nails, both in the preparation to actually set up a bunch of nails like that and in the perception of danger associated with sharp objects and if actually done in a similar way to how it was demonstrated is actually a lot safer than the tablecloth one. I'm not saying there's no danger in the nails one but I am saying that people are much more likely to try the table cloth one and that people who would try the nails one are much more likely to understand the danger or run into issues setting it up before they get that far.

    Questions:
    How does whistling work?

    Why can you hear the water in your stomach after you have taken a drink and do some exercise?

    • @krissyai
      @krissyai 4 년 전 +7

      When the gets to the small spot, all of it has to enter in such a little space at once so the ripples become closer together making it more frequent and the more the frequency, the higher the pitch

    • @segidsalt4651
      @segidsalt4651 4 년 전 +7

      Whistling works by _ when sound is producer by air virating ur throat coords, vibrations go up in mouth and ur teeth tongue and stuff shape how it comes out. When you whistle there's a small space for it to escape makes it higher frequency. Ur stomach growls is biology due to the acid in ur stomach I think and u hear water in ur stomach cuz it's still being digested in stomach and when u move around it's being moved around aswell, crashing in walls producing sound.
      Hope this helped

    Hey dude. As a teacher, I really like the content and presentation of topics. Have you considered just not doing it live? Doing something live is alway easier when you have an audience (classroom full of students) because you can feed off their energy and ask questions and all that nervousness and anxious pauses go away. Would the editing just be too much work? Might be a good idea if you go to once a week. Cheers. Thanks for the great content.

    Awesome class and totally LOVE the music moment! I’ve watched that clip for I don’t know how many times and it is still TOUCHING! It has always been hard to be the only girl in a science and engineering club. Though there are a lot of people who had spoken about this, those words mean an extra lot when they come from one’s favorite KRplusr and idol. I really can’t appreciate more for what you are doing and thank you so much for the shout out!!! 😊

    Wouldn’t they divide there weight by 9.81 the gravitational field strength of earth and then get there mass to then multiply that with another planets gravitational field strength??

    • @Allahpaca
      @Allahpaca 4 년 전

      Basically yes, but a) the gravitational force isn't the exact same everywhere on earth, 9.81 is just the standard assumption and b) astronauts might be in space for extended periods of time so they want to know how their actual mass has changed.
