A day in my life Mark!

To non fans going to this completely blind wondering who they're watching: this is Mark Tuan, a singer and (upcoming) streamer/content creator who is also a member of one of the biggest kpop boy groups GOT7! The entire group recently left their previous company after 7 years, and so they've been recalibrating and thus the title "a new beginning". All members of GOT7 can either be seen/heard in this vlog sending off Mark, they have a very close and tightknit friendship.
Although GOT7 is no longer in their previous company they will continue as a group and will make music as GOT7 in the future! Since it's only been less than a month since they left, they're currently finding their own footing and establishing their individual activities as well. GOT7 as a group and as individuals are INSANELY talented and known for their powerful dancers, vocalists, rappers, and especially live performances. They have a wonderful discography (please the b-sides are amazing), they're so funny and so genuine during shows, and they are so passionate about their craft.
Please give Mark Tuan your love and support as he goes through this new beginning with the rest of our members ♡

Mark doesn't play around. Right after he has officially left JYP, he wastes no time to start his own career. He went back to the US, started his own youtube channel and is soon to release his latest song this month.

They been planning their escape for years now
actually GOT7 has been doing their thing for years now on their own so basically leaving JYP was a formality at this point. It didn't change their schedule one bit. JYPE didn't do anything for them so it's not like they had to start looking for other options now after leaving. Plus other companies have been eyeing GOT7 members for years now due to their talent so they had options lined up already.

Today Yugyeom and Bambam had their solo debut and their first stage and they both did the got7 hand sign without planning it and right now I'm watching this. I really admire Got7's friendship. It is way beyond "friendship" their bond is too strong.

I was ok until BamBam said "I'm gonna miss you bro" and then I broke down. I'm glad he gets to spend time with his family though, seeing him running around with the dogs at the end was so lovely, he just looked like a normal kid visiting his parents. Guys don’t let the title scare you in a negative way. The boys has repeatedly reassured us that it’s 7 or nothing and GOT7 will be GOT7 forever so don’t think too much of it. You can literally see Yugyeom and JB in the thumbnail so you can rest assure that Mark’s “new beginning” will also involve the boys. Please don’t speculate anything when they’ve all told us GOT7 will always be together. Just be excited for more content coming from each one of them as we wait for them to comeback as a whole again.

Today I’m watching this video again for the first time in months.
After watching Last Breath MV and reflecting on the lyrics, I realize how hard it must have been for Mark to go to Korea and live the life on an idol. But I also know how hard it has been for him to leave Korea and his members.
To be himself again, he had to tear a part of himself.
Today, for the first time since GOT7 announced they were not renewing their contract with JYPE, I cried.
Because I know there’s no going back.
It took a lot of courage from Mark to quit Kpop and go on his own path. Who could have predicted that he would be the one to make the boldest statement through his song ? He who was underrated and underused by a powerful company, is succeeding in writing the most personal song of all the members’ solos, all by himself, without any company behind him.
I love how their fans are so calm around him and aren’t mobbing him and yelling at him to get his attention, they just quietly and respectfully recording him and taking photos, and when they said ‘bye’ to Mark😭
We Ahgases are like that. We want to see them but respect them and give them space. #GOT7FOEREVER #IGOT7

I think the most sad part about all this is the fact that they can't meet freely due to Covid... That's mainly why everything feels sad and kept wishing for each other's health.
I wanna be optimistic but realistically its gonna be very hard for them to do a comeback together again. If we're lucky, we might get it at the end of this year. If we're not, then next year.

Unpopular opinion: we should respect every member's time. They spend 7 years together, working hard, away from their families and with a lot of restrictions because of the contract. So even when they said 'see you next year' they might not release music or something like that, and that it's okay. I just want them to enjoy their times doing what they always wanted to, but might have not been able to yet
For a year or two they might just focus on their personal lives or solo works, and we should respect that and not pressure them

As an Ahgase since 2014 and a fan of JB in Dream High 2012 and another heartbreak, as a Directioner, I support my boys wherever and whatever they achieve and pursue as a group or solo ❤️

@@mikim5388 I don't think it was Bighit but it also started with a B I heard. He signed with an acting company. Yugyeom went to another Korean company. I think AOMG. Jackson was considering that one too. And Youngjae is in talks with one.

i came back here after the marvel ost announcement. this video makes me cry every time that i see it, seen them sad makes me sad, but i'm so glad he left korea, he was left behind for years and we finally get to see him shine. he made the right decision.

Another thing that made me cry is when he went back to that empty house walking around, looking through the window as if he's reliving the memories he had for the past few years he lived there. It's bittersweet that he had to leave something behind in order for him to start something new.

I am happy that after leaving JYPE we are seeing different sides of Mark. He started a KRplus channel, he will try to release his album as soon as he can, he opened his own studio. The amount of content we are getting from him in February 2021 is more than the content we got in whole 2020..

Leaving home to go to Korea just before he turned 17...he was only a young teenager and now coming home as a 27 year old man it's just wow...so much of his time has been spent away from his family. He's suffered, he's worked hard, he's achieved incredible things so he should be proud of himself and proud of all that Got7 has done. New beginnings doesn't mean the end of Got7 but he deserves this time to spend with his family and friends and when the members feel the time is right I'll be here cheering for whatever Got7 have for us but until then to each and every member "you've worked hard, we are proud of you and I will support each and every one of you in your individual activities" 💚
Yup now he became CEO at 27 too! He just opened his own studio in Beijing for his China activities! All that hard work and time away from family was worth it in the end!

@@OceanCH26 no he’s in the USA for a long break but he’s hired staff to get activities for him in China. So they’re setting up his studio and he’s already done some photo shoots/cf’s under his own agency label as CEO. Once covid has calmed down, he’ll travel back and forth to Beijing a lot to expand his studio and enter China market full time.
